Order Marked Delivered to Wrong Address — No Response From Company

I ordered the color-correcting tint on September 21. Approximately two weeks later, I received a notification stating that my package had been delivered. I immediately checked my front door, but there was no package.

When I checked the tracking information, I discovered that the package had supposedly been delivered to a completely different street in my city, nowhere near my home.

I emailed the company explaining that the package had not been delivered to my address and requested that they correct the issue and deliver my order to the proper address. I even included a screenshot showing where the package was supposedly delivered.

I never received a response.

Thankfully, my bank honored my dispute, and I was able to recover my money. However, the complete lack of customer service and accountability from this company is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! I purchased the glasses which are not what they advertised. Real garbage. If I could give this company a 0 I would. I emailed them several times asking for return information and refund but no response. Customer service is non-existent.

Finally received and no instructions no return info and best not at all what they show. Complete scam. These guys should be ashamed of themselves just wrong. Wonder if someone will reach out LOL

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!!! I cancelled an order within 15 minutes and they told me it had already shipped!!!!!!! That was Sept 29 and I still do not have pkg. I am turning them over to my cc company and reporting them to the Federal Authorities who want to know who scammers are!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!
10/17 hum they just sent me an email saying they are refunding my money back to my cc!!

Really bad customer service. Don't do business with this company. I was charged the shipping protection when (it was listed as optional) and I did not choose it. Then, I saw I was enrolled in a subscription that I did not choose since I was getting two tubes of mascara. The next shipment date is for 11/7 and I still haven't gotten the first order. I have written to them 3 times and nobody has gotten back to me. I will call my bank for a chargeback.

If I could give a zero for this product I would. This is a bunch of junk. This product does not foam nor does it clean. It’s time out for y’all lies. What I’m going to do is post this product that I got from you and let people know. Do not buy it. It is trash.

The glasses I received were cheap plastic with low quality bifocals inserted. They were not at all like the glasses that were advertised. I have written several emails asking to return them but I have not gotten any response.

These guys are a TOTAL scam! Customer service never returns emails and they dont have an 800 number - the product sucks too!!!! Do NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I am a 65 year old who is not tech savy. I ordered weed killer one time. Now Im having a hard time stopping my account from being billed every week. No contact number.I feel conned.No return information available.I also brought a statue that the picture showed next to a regular size book.when it arrived it was a cheap plastic toy soldier piece of trash.

I bought a couple of Halloween decorations I saw on Snapchat. I finally received them. They show decorations are almost the size of a small child. When you receive them they are 6-12” tall. What a scam!!! Never buying from them again. Should have remembered the Halloween advent calendar from 2025 that showed it almost 3’ tall. In reality it was 12”. Did not know they sold on Amazon and could have saved half of what I paid on their site. BEWARE!!

I received my which I paid $46 for & it was all of 3 inches! Looked in ad as if it was porch. Size. Very disappointed & a waste of money!

Do not order! It’s a scam! Ordered something & still never received since beginning of August! I only gave one star so I cld make this review. I wldnt give any if I cld.

I ordered the Tequila day of the dead, bottle cost about $40 it came empty and no larger than my hand, the bottle looks like a child have painted it. Scammer big time. Who’s I could post a picture.

I ordered the line whiskey bottles two of them. Every time check my order still saying on it's way. I emailed the company 5 times no response at all. They don't have phone number to contact them at all.

Wanted to return product. Did not receive what was advertised, ad was very misleading. instructions were terrible.

This is a scam. Ordered 4 bottles of whiskey and never received them.

This company is a scam. I just lost $40 on a pair of pants that I ordered through them that I have not received. I placed the order on August 16th paid in full through the website they provided called Shop, which I'm beginning to think that they are part of the scam as well as they could not find my tracking number or give me any information on the package. I wouldn't trust this company and I will make sure that I make a report on the website that I placed the order from which was Instagram. So now I have to try and argue with my bank even though it was my mistake that I allowed myself to be scammed by this store. And hopefully get reimbursed. Do not trust them they just take your money and you get no product. Do not be foolish like I was. So you'll never receive the order, they'll probably say that it was delivered and it wasn't, it is spam, and good luck with trying to get your money back.
