Great shop
I had a great experience shopping with Martcom. I ordered two Profoto Umbrella M units and everything went perfectly.
Their communication was excellent – quick, clear, and very helpful with all my questions. The delivery was also fast and the items arrived well packed and in perfect condition.
Professional and reliable service overall. I would definitely order from them again and highly recommend this shop.

Great customer service
Great customer service. They helped me with all my questions. After payment I send the payment slip and therefore shipping was super fast to the Netherlands! I ordered there 3 times in a month now (poor planning on my part) and happy with everything.

The product arrived surprisingly quickly.
The soft box is great. Very easy to set up and detach from the light.
The contact with customer service is good as well. They replied fairly quickly to my message via email.

I only have positive things to say about Martcom
I was very happy with my experience from Martcom. The product I ended up buying for my company was competitively priced, and the item was very carefully packaged and arrived quickly.
The staff at Martcom are very responsive in all email interactions I've had with them in various occasions, which I think is very important as well. Plus, they offer a discount for bank transfers. Highly recommended!

J'ai commandé des fonds papier pour mon studio, martcom a été très réactif et les ont envoyés rapidement, cependant c'est le transporteur français qui a été incompétent et a refusé le transport car le colis était trop volumineux. Je remercie martcom pour leur service client et m'ont remboursé rapidement.
