Your site is misleading, indicating that a full refund will be possible even when it turns out this is not the case.

First of all, pricing was the motive I decided to try Martigo.com for the first time. The website is very easy, I had some issues with the payment that were rapidly responded by email, but also over WhatsApp as I wrote to them. Cherrie was very fast and smooth, the tickets are already on my official account of the airline company. Thanks, Martigo.com!!

I put the rating of 5/5 the reservation was simple fast and especially attractive in terms of price, in view of the war conditions my ticket was canceled I sent them a message at 1am at 3am the problem was solved they announced my full refund and during the day it was launched I received the notification from my bank. Top customer service nothing to say I recommend

Used MartiGO twice, booking is easy. First time the flights were as described. Had a cancelled flight, but the airline managed everything flawlessly. Second trip coming up later this year

Had to cancel my trip and get a refund due to outside factors at that time. Without hesitation, they agreed to contact the airline to do so- no cancellation charge and no hassle. All this took about a day from when I contacted them.

A larger amount was deducted than stated on the website.

Price offered was 10% lower than on the airline's own web site, which is the main reason I chose MartiGO. Booking was straightforward, except a little glitch when paying with Mastercard, payment declined, not sure why. I switched to another VISA card, problem solved.
The membership card info did not go through, I had to add it again on the airline's site (booking was easy to find with PNR).

J’ai du prendre un vol de retour sur ce site suite à mes annulations de vols par Qatar Airways.
J’avais un transit à Madrid avec Air Europe pour Paris sur ce vol je n’avais pas de boarding pass alors que j’ai payé un tarif prohibitif au vu des circonstances, j’ai dû attendre jusqu’au dernier moment pour savoir si je pourrais monter dans l’avion, pourquoi prendre ma réservation et mon argent si le vol est plein et se retrouver en stand by ?

Trying to get a simple question answered about the refund policy but no one is helping over the call or WhatsApp. One female agent purposely keeps picking up and hanging up the phone. Called and messaged on WhatsApp but no luck. Very disappointed!!
