They don’t get back to you and if they do they Lie when they say they will send you a larger size.

They use Snail mail about 3 to 4 months.

Absolute garbage of a company to buy from or do business with. I purchased a Spider-Man mask as a gift on December 11th, and the person never received it. They never provided a tracking number until after I reached out, the link they gave me doesn’t even look real. It didn’t say what carrier was used, and it was all in Chinese. I reached out again to get the issue resolved. Nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Commie scum.

I bought this mobile helmet from marvel official, figuring that it would be official helmet and the real deal I received the product opened up the box found scratches and a missing battery pack connection to the helmet. I cannot turn. The helmet on the helmet is completely scratched the back piece of the helmet snapped off. I called customer service to replace the helmet and they asked me that they would send me a new battery replacement. I refuse to accept that and I told them that I wanted a full refund. I emailed 10 or 12 times back-and-forth so I finally got an email saying they were refund the helmet to send pictures. I send the pictures and I get back an email saying that they’re not gonna send me a return they will. They will refund me the money when the helmet received well to that fact, I never got my money back for my shipping cost as per PayPal a cold resolution to settle it told me I have to call my bank do not buy from this company. They are scam the selling use products and they are very rude in the email conversations that I experienced.

I ordered the Ironman Mark 5 helmet. It arrived with scratches and the voice of Jarvis is absolutely shocking.
I contacted the company and provided a video and they were rude to me. Now they are ignoring me, have blocked my messages and refuse to help me. PLEASE don’t buy from their website.
In response to your reply- LIE. I contacted you within 2 weeks of receiving it actually. I’ve provided you with the purchase confirmation and my original email so stop lying.
