The company agreed to Replace an item which was wrong size just for the cost of the postage

Mary Tanks were so incredibly helpful when I contacted them saying that the xl tanks I bought weren't quite my size, but I love the fabric & design, so they promptly sent me xxl tanks which arrived today & I can't believe just how accurate the promotions are ... these are most definitely the FIRST COMFORTABLE bra-tops that I've tried in my life - & I'm over 60 yr old! I can't wait to wear one when I go out tomorrow. I washed one immediately so that it will be ready to wear in the morning. Finally, a perfectly comfortable & stylish design 🎉🎊🎉🎊

The tanks I received didn't fit me However your staff have sent me a new set in my correct size. The service provided was fantastic and my new order was processed immediately. I gave the first set of tanks to my daughter who absolutely loves them and they fit her perfectly. The only thing I would say is perhaps you should review your sizing as she is a size 6 and the large tanks fitted her size.

The response to my concerns was quick and I felt that the situation was well understood and the resolution was equally well explained to put my mind at ease re my delayed order

Took a month for my order to arrive. They tried to tell me it couldn't be delivered when it was being delivered to a post office. Sizing was way off and I'm not a big girl. The bra inserts move around and become folded over and uncomfortable. The seams under the arms are raised and lumpy causing friction ( poor machining) and different on the left and right side of the garment. All in all a huge waste of money and the company deliberately makes it difficult to return and refund so they make money producing a sub standard product

The tanks I received were of poor 100% synthetic fabric quality. The laser cut edges were not what was shown in the advertised photos. The padded internal bralet was lumpy and uneven, no smooth contour. The initial refund offered was 30%, They prefer to send you more tanks rather than have you return the unwanted products.
Final offer was 50% refund and keep the crappy tanks. Very disappointing.

Parcel was well wrapped and protected and price was reasonable. Took a while to arrive- but maybe I was just inpatient!! I have now ordered the 2+1 free based on the original but in one size larger as the original single top is a little squeezy. I have emailed the company to take up their wonderful size sorting offer- and hope that I can size up the one size in the original top as well! Love the product.

Unfortunately, I shop with my eyes and the photos made the product look great. Also didn't ready the part that says there are no refunds only replacement offered instead for the cost of shipping.
I didn't expect the tops to be so flimsy. Certainly wouldn't wear them outside of my bed.
Sizing, well that's another issue. I ordered up a size as suggested only to find the cup size is so small. So I ordered the replacements two sizes up and found the cup size is better but the rest of the top too big.
I won't make this mistake again!! Very disappointing.

Good description. Although i did have problem with working out sizing and color choice when first ordering.

The tanks are rolling up from hips, so still feels like a bra under boobs. Is that a size problem,(big hips?)
I enjoy the fact I do not need vest under clothes on cold day.
Will continue to experiment and consider.

Finally getting my replacement. Appreciate that i don't have to pay any more.

the staff were efficient when replacing my order as i had iordered the wrong size they stepped me through the process and recommended the replacement size which when they arrived are a perfect fit :)

Support tank top with sewn-in padding works wonderfully under loose tops and cardigans.

This is a scam product, do not waste your money. The order took more than four weeks to arrive. The tank top is made of cheap, flimsy material and does not provide any support at all. It is comfortable to wear because it does absolutely nothing. Avoid this company.

hi, after purchasing 3 Mary's Tank Tops in the wrong size I was away sick and i took a long time to try and return them. I contacted the company who took a very long time to get back to me. When I reached out again, they were very apologetic and have promised to replace the small tops with a bigger size. I am still yet to receive them, but I am sure they are coming.

Crap quality, ridiculous sizing. Marketed as a home grown product… it’s cheap, revolting fabric cut without a hem or finish at all. No label. No washing instructions! Garbage!

Rubbish don’t even think about it

Great after purchasing, my garments were wrong size so much support in getting the right size sent to me with prompt follow up emails. 👍
