Veldig små i størrelse. Bruker egentlig M kjøpte L, måtte bytte inn til xl. Men rask god service, så ble jakken byttet. Men det går fort noen uker fra bestilling til man får jakken. Men som sagt god service! Servicen får 5 stjerner
Ich möchte die Weste retounieren, bekomme aber seit Tagen keine Rückmeldung ob das genehmigt ist und wohin ich sie senden soll. 😡 Mal abgesehen davon, dass ich in der falschen Sprache angesprochen werde ...

Hello, we’re sorry to hear about your experience.
However, we have not received a single message from you via email or social media regarding a return request. We always accept returns as long as the item is in good condition and sent back within 14 days of receiving it. We have successfully processed multiple returns before without issues.
Regarding the language, we are not a German company and unfortunately do not speak perfect German. We do our best to communicate using translation tools to help all customers as clearly as possible.

Ordered it in the beginning of March, it was sent in the beginning of May.
Of course my payment was taken right away.
No communication about when it was going to be sent, I had to contact them and asking about my item.

Thank you for your feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We’re very sorry that you felt there was a lack of communication. During the production period, we sent out multiple email updates (4 in total) regarding the status of the orders, and the product page clearly stated that this was a pre-order with an extended delivery time.
As soon as your order was shipped, we also provided tracking information immediately so you could follow the delivery.
That said, we fully understand that the waiting time was longer than expected, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this may have caused.
This was our first drop, and while that doesn’t excuse the experience, we are learning and actively improving our communication and processes moving forward.
