Service et compétence au top 👍

Je recommande vivement Masparts . Nick est quelqu'un de très serviable et très réactif. Prix compétitifs et le service au top. J'ai eu l expérience moi-même , j ai commandé 2 phares pour ma Maserati, l Italie ayant du retard, on me les a livrés personnellement jusqu'à mon domicile (France) sans supplément pour respecter le délai de livraison. Bravo Masparts. Salvatore M.

Good but mostly bad!

Great list of parts available but no estimation on delivery time…. Just an email stating it’s not in stock and running late, as time goes on additional emails to state it’s going to be even later. I would honestly search around if you need items in a timely manner.

Hello Alan,

This situation sketch doesn't sound familiar to me. As far as I can see have you once ordered an oil filter at us. This item was in stock and has been delivered to you in 3 days.

You placed this order on Saturday September 18 at 4:34 PM. As you can see on our FAQ page, orders are only shipped on business days from Monday to Friday. The parcel services namely only work on these days. Your order has been shipped the following Monday morning and has been delivered to you on Wednesday morning 22 September.

I'm sorry to hear this was too late for you. If you are in a rush more often, I would like to advise you to use the UPS Express shipping service instead of the UPS Standard Economy service.

You haven't contacted us about your frustrations, we would like to had the opportunity to help you before. You can still personally contact us if anything needs to be sorted out. We're always happy to help!
