MasterGas Heating Ltd レビュー

I found lee on Google search and face book, I found him to be very professional and courteous. He serviced my 91 year old father's boiler,He gave me good advice going forward with his heating system. The price he quoted was the price I paid he didn’t try and add on additional costs. Very honest and reliable guy, I’ll definitely use him again and would 100% recommend him to others, so glad I chose Lee's company , thanks so much Lee , regards Linda

Lee did a great job fitting our new boiler last year. Booked annual service, received confirmation followed by reminder day before and text on the day advising expected time of arrival. Excellent and reliable service from Lee as always.

Technician was polite, helpful, communicative and professional. So 4.5 stars 🌟

Always a pleasure to do business with Lee , he keeps us well informed re appointment times ect, his work is some of the best I’ve seen, Lee will go above and beyond to keep his costumers happy, and he always leaves your property clean and tidy, we would highly recommend MasterGas heating and plumbing

Lee is very reliable and friendly. Arrived on time. He’s very tidy. Would definitely recommend!! Thank you Lee.

Really good job, kept in touch all the way reminders before arrival a few days before on the day and when they were 30 mins away, serviced the boiler, a clean and accurate job

Lee is wonderful. He's always been so helpful and is just a call away. He's recently helped my Mom with a boiler issue and tap repair and where most other plumbers would of just changed and charged for a new part, he saved my Mom money by fixing and repairing the existing part. Cracking service, highly recommend him.

Lee came to service my boiler was really professional and efficient. Clean and tidy job would use again and recommend.

Prompt, professional and honest. Very happy with the service provided

Gas Engineer Lee of MasterGas Heating and Plumbing, recently replaced our old combi boiler with a new, state of the art, condensing boiler. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. We had an initial problem with the software control, which was no fault of his. He came back next day,in his own time and expense, with an alternative controller.Fortunately we didn't need it, as Lee had already chased the boiler manufacturer responsible for the software update issue. He got them to call us and they corrected their problem, but Lee went the extra mile to ensure that we weren't going without heat (in December). All fine now.
We've asked MasterGas to maintain our boiler 10 year guarantee by booking him for it's annual services.

Really pleased with the service provided by Lee. Carried out a comprehensive service of boiler, fire and hob. Provided recommendations for next steps and put my mind at rest. Would 100% recommend this company. Competitive price too!

Lee is always polite and will explain things to you in a clear precise way so that you know exactly what is needed. He is a very professional and tidy workman but most important trustworthy.

Great customer service, good job completed and sorted in a timely manner. Full new combi boiler installation.

I have used Lee several times, I can honestly say you will not be disappointed with his workmanship. From fitting a new boiler, blanking off a disused pipe and servicing. And a added bonus of being fair priced.

Lee fitted a new boiler in to my home. He was very professional and courteous. He was on time and if he had any problems he would let me know. He gave me good advice going forward with my heating system. The price he quoted was the price I paid he didn’t try and add on additional costs. Very honest and reliable guy, I’ll definitely use him again and would 100% recommend him to others
