I have bad experience with this travelling company

I booked the flight for my husband with Harry such a lovely person, very friendly, keep me updated with everything even do the check in for my husband so that everything will go smoothly at the airport, we have now become good friends that have never seen teacher i call him anytime if I have anything to say or might be checking for another flight, he is such a lovely soul and the company itself very nice and all the staffs I have spoken to are very friendly as well, I will always booked with them alright planing with Harry another holiday, thanks so much God bless you for all you do.

I booked with Jack Clark . The journey has been transparent and helpful. Jack helped me through the process . Jack helped me with a payment plan and after paying I received my e ticket . Thank you to the management at Master holidays . I look forward to booking with them again . Bernadette

I'm solidly impressed about Mastertravels. They are knowledgeable and most helpful. Even when I was abroad and virtually missed my flight, they were able to swing things for me. Special mention is my direct contact Merry and her supervisor George. Much kudos to them

They are the Best which it come to Booking of Ticket. I am very much satisfied with their service and I will always recommend them to all friends and relatives

Great experience always. I have use this company three times and also for my family. Just came back yesterday and loved the experience

I am totally fulfilled and satisfied with the patience Mr James Clark had while helping me with procuring my ticket amidst shortage of cash. He was really considerate and professional and this made me feel very safe and in the right place. I will always look in for your services next time and also recommend to my friends.

When my ticket was booked there was a mistake in the destination but Jack helped me to book another ticket I paid extra but it was worthy
Jack is very nice, patient and know how to talk to his customer thank you Jack

Very good and serious flight company to spend nice holiday . Special thanks to Harriy Wilson.

I highly recommend Master Holiday Ltd anyone looking to plan their next vacation. I’ll definitely be booking with them again. George was very professional and patience with us. Thank you

It has been a wonderful experience booking my flight with master holiday
Most importantly appreciated the professionalism of Mr Harry Wilson that made it worthwhile Thank you

I had a great experience booking my flight to Cameroon from James Clark.

I wanted to visit Colombia, Cartagena. I was looking for a travel agency to book my tickets and hotel. I used Master travel and the agent James was understanding and attentive to my needs and budget. I got my ticket as he said and he was very helpful and my trip was great, love the experience. Will for sure recommend them and will be using Master travel again.

Michael.

Jack Clark was excellent getting my ticket booked and I was kept informed every step of the way. A polite and respectful gentleman. I would recommend him any day. Thank you

I command Master Holidays Ltd

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I experienced. You and your staff were unprofessional, rude, and lacked basic business ethics. Communication was poor, and the overall experience left me regretting ever using your company. I would not recommend your services to anyone.

Masterhoilday Ltd is efficient company thanks to Harry. My experience with Hoildaymaster Ltd is one of the best in Europe. Harry treated me as a brother and l recommend any one who is interested should contact him(HARRY)
THANK YOU

My experience master holiday was fantastic your staff member mary Smith went out of her way to advise me wen I was very unsure i had to cancel my recent travel to the country of my parents birth because of a destruction caused my once in a lifetime hurricane Melissa's she did a wonderful job i have recommended 21 people to book their holiday with master holiday because of the professional attitude of mary Smith she should be rewarded by the management for her efforts

Harry was polite and very helpful.

I am very grateful for this journey, it was very smooth and was done in a really subtle way. I had a really great and exquisite journey with you guys. Moreover, I would also like to address Miss Mary for her sweet gesture and attitude with her positive guidance. It was a pleasure to travel with Qatar Airlines and it made me realise that I should travel more with them. My journey was very smooth and the sleep i got was really soothing. I would highly recommend everyone to travel with them as its has a very anticipated and favourable outcome. I would also thank Master airline for helping me in this great journey.
