Feeling lost from the beginning not knowing what's my next step. Marc is remarkable by going through a set of questions and from there he's able to deduce by analysing what he asked and reaffirmed. Another fruitful day where great value, no nonsense knowledge was delivered by Marc. Though less intense than Day 1 but for example the resources shared for decluttering our environment (be it physical or digital) really leave u in awe.
Talking about someone's weakness is usually not a very "Asian thingy" but still got to bite the bullet and get brutal feedback from your closed friends. Only way to know your blind spots and get progression in life.
Long story short, anyone whom implement what is being taught in these 2 days' class will definitely get back a high ROI in terms of monetary returns and much more in life.

Art Of Alignment by Marc Teo, Master Implementer is a very fruitful, smooth and interactive session which it involves a lot of self-reflection. He has explained the frameworks in a way that it is so easy to understand and he is passionate throughout the session that we could feel the vibe even through a screen. I have learnt a lot from Marc Teo in the Alignment workshop. I found that we have to do self reflection and self review on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis so that we can move to the greater height and one step closer to achieve our goals
We need to set an exciting life goals by setting up a weekly activity table, prioritise the activity on what we want to achieve in our goals and objectives. We should repeat the step of recharge, review and relaunch in order to achieve our goals.
Finally, we need to optimise the environment, get the quality feedback and accountability on what we should do to ourselves and others in order to achieve our driven commitments.
I highly recommend everyone to attend Marc Teo workshop and course. Cheers!

Marc gave a very information-packed and more importantly, action-packed which I could implement his productivity tips on the spot just within a day! What I've personally learnt so far which stood out the most was "Aim for direction over purpose". It has personally helped me to gain better clarity for myself.
