We take all feedback seriously and strive to provide excellent service to every client. However, I vigorously deny this accusation. This reviewer states that they are leaving the review under a fake name and fake email address, so we obviously can't verify that this review even comes from an actual client of ours.

To clarify our practices: We have never threatened or intimidated any client for leaving honest feedback. We welcome constructive criticism as it helps us improve our services. However, we reserve the right to discontinue service when a business relationship becomes untenable if a client is disparaging us.

Our contracts clearly outline our service process, timelines, and policies, which all clients review and acknowledge before signing. We maintain regular communication with all of our active clients through multiple channels and encourage everyone to check their voicemail and junk/spam folders to ensure they are receiving our outreach.

We are proud of our track record and the many successful relationships we've helped facilitate. Our commitment is to providing quality, compatible matches rather than rushing introductions that don't meet our clients' specified criteria.

Tim is leaving negative reviews wherever he can, and misstating facts. He may have his own "records" but our calls are recorded for this very reason. We've listened to the calls in question, and either Tim ignored what he was told, or he couldn't hear what was said. After more than a year of trying to match him in good faith and good conscience, and suggesting several possible matches, our best and final offer to settle this matter outside the court of public opinion was *20%* (not 10% as he claims). We offered him 20% of his money back after working diligently to find him a match to accept for well over a year, and he refused anything less than a full refund. The total fee he Tim paid included the cost to screen him with a background check, and for the hours of personal coaching that he was provided satisfactorily, according to his written testimonial.

Not only were the conversations recorded that Tim had with our representatives both before and after placing his purchase, we also sent him multiple emails, both before and immediately after purchasing the service to make it clear in no uncertain terms that because 1) he lives in a very rural area of Vermont, 2) he refuses to travel to meet any matches, and 3) he refuses to consider anyone who would relocate to his area, our job will be uniquely challenging. We made it clear that we cannot conjure up or manufacture these possibilities from thin air, and that "it could take well over a year to get matched". When we reiterated this immediately after he placed his purchase he had a right to request to cancel the service then and there, *and receive a 90% refund*. Instead of canceling, he chose rather to acknowledge this risk and proceed with the service. We also have the fairest Refund Policy in the industry which states that if a client does not believe the service is progressing to their satisfaction, within three months of us trying, he or she may request a refund of their Matchmaking Fee.

Due to the extraordinary and rare fact that Tim did not met a match in over a year, we offered him *a 20% credit* to voluntarily terminate our service. We are also willing to split the cost to arbiter with anyone who feels an objective, neutral third party should privately resolve any dispute to protect people's privacy.

We firmly believe we have continued to act truthfully, morally and ethically, over more than a year of trying to match Tim. And yet still, he was unwilling to accept anything but a full refund which is wholly unfair to the good people who worked in good faith on his behalf.

Hello Carolyn. We're sorry you felt the need to write this review. I can see from a history log of your account that we've considered matching you with almost a dozen men since you signed up for our service and you had very nice things to say about your coach. You exercised your right to refuse matches with men that you felt we're not right for you, and some of these men we considered for you did as well. That is par for the course. However, every man we considered introducing you to was verified, vetted and qualified for our service as promised in our agreement. Our records show that multiple attempts were made to reach you by phone. We left voicemails, sent more than a few text messages and emails that were never acknowledged, or returned. When this happens we simply assume that our client has met someone, and they are not in need of our services at that time. This is not unusual. Unlike other services, we allow our clients to place their search with us on hold at any time for as long as they like and whatever reasons they wish. However, we do not offer refunds after the window for a refund has closed. We are also the only service that gives our clients unlimited hold time, and the right to give their remaining matches to someone else if they no longer need the matches themselves. We're sorry this experience did not work out to your satisfaction, but we wish you the best of luck in your effort to meet your match.

Our service is intended for persons based in the United States. After signing up for our service Joan told us that she would be residing in Mexico from the summer of 2021 to the summer of 2022. Although she said she would be willing to fly back and forth to meet someone, with COVID very much still an issue, many men haven't been receptive to meeting her under the circumstances. We would be happy to resume our search for you Joan if you are able to date more easily in the US.

When Kelly was asked to help us complete his profile by providing recent photos he replied that he had “lost interest”. He never provided current photos to represent him with. We did our best to encourage him to participate in the spirit of the service to receive the introductions promised, but he simply chose to forfeit the service instead.

Hello Jenni. We're sorry you were unhappy with our service. You purchased three Matches and you received three Matches. You met two men in person and one man virtually. Unfortunately we cannot ensure you, or anyone, that the men you meet will reciprocate your interest. It is important for us to point out though, we don't provide "counseling". We provide "coaching", which is intended for us to get to know you better so that hopefully you only need to meet up to a handful of people before we find you "the one". Through this coaching element we aim to provide you with as much support, direction and guidance as we can for you to "hit it off" with your ideal match. We would never introduce you to someone "in a relationship". We confirm before making any introductions that both people are single. It is not uncommon though for someone to use a made-up excuse to back out of a match. "I met someone" is often considered a polite a way to stop seeing someone without "ghosting" them. We do our best to introduce our clients to someone they could see themselves in a serious relationship with. We ensure that if there is distance involved, both would agree before accepting the introduction that it would be a non-issue if there was chemistry between them. We like to do our best to try to satisfy every client so please contact us directly so we can do our best to improve your opinion of our service.

Hello Alex. I think you may have us confused with another service because we absolutely run criminal background checks on everyone we represent. No exceptions. We also verify that everyone's photos are current, complete and accurate. We know other services that don't.

We provide coaching to add as much value as we can to our clients' love lives. Coaching is not only intended to directly benefit the client by giving them actionable insights, it is also intended to indirectly benefit the client as the coach advocates on behalf of their client to the rest of our staff in an effort to produce the best outcomes possible. Most of our clients appreciate the insight and perspective of an objective third party that might otherwise be unattainable to them.

And yes, while we do recruit outside of our database on behalf of our clients (to ensure there is no stone left unturned), unlike other matchmakers not only will we *always* verify these individuals' photos are current, complete and accurate we *always* conduct thorough criminal background checks.
