Shipping was double by the time it got to me. It was $30. then another $25 added on because they used Landmark Global inc. to complete shipping. So thats $55! for something that weighs maybe 1 lb at most. Item was COD at The Post, or they wont give it to you. Companies will contiue to get bad reviews when they're responsible for processes like this. It doesnt matter that they didnt ship it directly - they are still responsible. NEVER AGAIN!

Put in a preorder end of Jan for an item released 29th Jan. Item arrived in great condition 2 weeks later with email updates between.

I ordered a model on January 27th, 2024. After an eerie wait, I was sent a tracking number that didn't work. Then the model was spontaneously delivered via DHL but I should have paid another 18€ in customs and that only in cash (no card payment). Therefore, I cannot approve of the methods, the long delivery times or the service.

Got sing praises where they are due, I ordered a Kara Thrace Mk2 Viper, I received a Lee Adama version, I contacted Master Replica via email, and received a swift response, after confirming my order and what was sent, Holly offered a swap or refund, after a little negotiation I settled for a 50% refund and kept the model.
Have to say fantastic customer service throughout. This is not the first model I have bought from this company and am happy to say this won't be my last.

Ships turn up months after ordering and only after you email them. More hassle than it's worth. Just avoid if you like having good service

4 months after ordering could not tell me when order would arrive or even if they had orders in stock..do not order from this site ....a total mess up and offer items they can not even get hold of ..after four months i asked for my money back ..holly and ozzy just gave the same excuses every time ..they havent got a clue what they can or can not supply

I've spent hundreds with Master Replicas in the past year. The latest being items I bought on Black Friday 2023 that have shipped today (17 January 2024).
It can take a month or two for the order to ship which, in the modern world of next day delivery, seems very sluggish.
I've been very happy with the items I've bought, though and they've been well packed.
Just don't buy from MR if you're in a rush.

Appalling customer service. They list items they do not have in stock. Have been waiting 3 months for an order, yet they've restocked the same item several times since. Every query is met with the same generic response. No better than Eaglemoss though I suspect this is the same people.

Contacted Master Replicas November 3 to report wrong item sent. I received no response. Contacted Master Replicas again December 27 requesting a response to previous inquiry and to report another item was not delivered. Again no response.

Ordered in early November and waited for the 14 days stated in their T&Cs for despatch. Was told they came in end Nov but no despatch date. Still nothing. It’s now coming up to Christmas and my emails are being ignored. Have requested a full credit. Worst service ever. Do not use.

Ordered item on 25 November. Nothing received or even shipped yet and only excuses received from Customer Services. Ordered other items from Australia, China and the US around the same time and all now received so MR is officially the pits when it comes to treating its customers fairly. Will be lodging a Googlepay claim to avoid being scammed! Beware!!!!

Waited weeks for delivery and when it did arrive one of the models is still missing, no communication no apology nothing, and now they're trying to persuade us to pay £89 for a members only club, they've got to be joking. I would love to say that the models they make are amazing, unfortunately they didn't make them Eaglemoss did before they went bust and they're just selling old stock. The models are beautiful but Master Replicas had nothing to do with the making of them.

I've placed several orders everytime nothing is shipped, it's an absolute joke.

When the Eaglemoss was still the producer of the models they shipped the next day even though it took about 3 weeks to the U.S. from the U.K. Now Master Replicas does not ship at all. I ordered a Colonial Shuttle in early September that was in stock. I followed up in October and again in mid-November. Both times I was told they were checking inventory even though the item still showed on their website as in stock. It felt like they hold back product for better orders even though I had paid in full. I cancelled my order this week along with one other. Two months without shipping when the item shows in stock is too long! At least they gave me a refund.

Model arrived in perfect condition, good sturdy outer box and product box was perfect.
I ordered MK I Viper, booklet and display stand were included.

As per their terms online, it took a few days for despatch, but I paid on 1st and they shipped on the 10th.

Always a pleasant experience dealing with this company. They took over another company’s stock when Eaglemoss folded and have done a superb job getting the remainder of the collectibles available for sale. What surprises me the most is their very fair pricing. They offer many extremely sought after Star Trek ships available nowhere else. They could sell these for many times the price but do not inflate the prices.
Master Replicas has taken on a almost impossible task of gathering stock form around the world, getting licenses to sell, and shipping around the world. As a devout collector I could not ask for more. The amount they have sold must be enormous. They have sold professionally and fairly. My collections have grown with fantastic items and Master Replicas has my gratitude for what they do.
