Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. For every order, we send a tracking email as soon as the item ships, and I can confirm that one was sent to you. However, by default, these automated emails can sometimes end up in the spam or junk folder, which may be why you didn’t see it.

Regarding the fit of your sofa cover, we’re sorry it didn’t meet your expectations. Our return policy allows 2 weeks from the date of delivery to initiate a return if you’re not satisfied with your product. We did not receive any email or inquiry from you within that timeframe or in general regards to your dissatisfaction and want of a return.

If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out via email. We’re always ready to assist you.

Our 100% cotton material is a durable, high-quality fabric with a substantial thickness of 450g/m², which gives it a sturdier structure. We completely understand that this texture may not be to everyone’s preference.

To help customers find the perfect match, we offer up to five free fabric samples before ordering a cover—this allows you to see and feel the materials firsthand. We truly appreciate your comments and appreciate you sharing them with us.
