mastervaper.co.uk レビュー

Been buying from Mastervaper for months but recently deliveries are taking a long time and no tracking and no communication when I have emailed to chase order. Ordered Aug 16th still not arrived, emailed and no answer. Price is great and loyalty scheme great but all no good without the product, as on holiday had to purchase different vape from a shop.

Handy reminders to order when you get an email

Fab service, great Selection,

Always easy to order, if any problems always friendly and helpful

The discount on larger orders is very good + I got an extra 8% off the price when using the "Lucky Spin". Ongoing purchases build up bonus points which can add additional discounts (I haven't used mine yet, but have built up about £8 to be used at some time).

Very happy with the service.

Always excellent customer service, great quality and quick delivery!

Ordered vapes (showing in stock) to then get an email telling me I would get a refund as not in stock.

………………very easy to deal with

Always a pleasure to deal with, swift responses to any questions and very fast delivery

Quick service always reliable I have used them for at least 2 years

Very disappointed with this company. I have previously left 2 very good reviews but sadly my days with this company have come to an end. I made an order 2 weeks ago with the knowledge I would receive before Christmas. I even received an email days later advertising to get an order in by 19th December to ensure delivery before Christmas, however I ordered my products a week prior to this. Well I never did receive my order and I’ve had ZERO communication despite emailing and contacting via WhatsApp. I have been completely ignored and find this level of customer service disgraceful. I’m aware it’s Christmas and it’s a busy period but a simple courtesy message would have sufficed. I get the hint and shall be taking my regular business else where.

Fast service normally well packaged but for the last delivery the bag the goods came in and it burst open . Why can’t it be posted in original boxes like it has in the past ?

Quick to deliver, helpful, easy to contact. Great products

Easy ordering, great prices, swift delivery

excellent service and product... 5*

Competitive prices. Easy to use site and speedy delivery

Pricing is really good, but deliveries are really slow.
Unsure if that's getting it out the door or the courier.

I have used this company for years and they never disappoint. Customer service is tip notch, quick delivery and products at a high standard
