Non leggono nemmeno il CV che gli mandi, inviano risposte standard senza nessuna valutazione personale, con frasi un po' messe a caso. Consiglio di non perder tempo ad applicare a ricerche effettuate da loro.

Mi sono candidato per una posizione in cui Mastro hr si occupava della selezione.

Purtroppo la selezione non è andata a buon fine, ma oltre al fatto di aver ricevuto comunque un feedback (che è già un qualcosa, purtroppo, non scontato), nel feedback c'era un'analisi abbastanza accurata del CV ed una lista dei motivi per cui non avessi passato la selezione.

I motivi erano "sbagliati" ma non per carenze nella loro analisi, ma perché effettivamente il CV era poco rappresentativo delle competenze acquisite nelle ultime esperienze lavorative, e questo riscontro mi ha permesso di aggiornarlo e migliorarlo.

Quindi la valutazione positiva è dovuta soprattutto alla presenza e alla qualità del feedback ricevuto

Mastrohr ha dapprima compreso le nostre esigenze, successivamente ci ha proposto un percorso da sottoporre ai candidati finalizzato a selezionare persone con le giuste competenze tecniche e personali . Nel contempo ha raccolto tutte le informazioni utili da condividere con i candidati al fine di metterli in condizione di comprendere in modo approfondito la posizione, senza lasciare nulla al caso.
