Glass are counterfeits, returned and item and disputed but this company would not give back the money. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Fake crap cheap chinese glasswear. Do not buy from them, they are located in Canada and have no real address.

Bought 2 glasses. They showed the photo of real Japanese glass but they shipped the fake one. Very cheap products, not worth the value 200-300$/ item they charged. And packing carelessly so 1 glass broken. Totally scam. Do not buy from them.

They sell fraudulent glassware. They don’t return your money once they sell to you unless massive hassle. Horrible company. I tried to cancel immediately after I ordered, within 2 minutes, and they ignored it until they shipped out to me. Avoid at all costs.

I bought a very expensive cup from them, but their cups are exactly the same as those elsewhere, obviously, and $120 more expensive for the same quality.

I ordered some whisky glasses by Edo Kiriko from this site on YouTube and freaked out when I saw the reviews on Trustpilot however I have to say my experience has been very positive. The delivery to the UK took the full 12 days. Having unboxed all 3 glasses which are gifts, I am delighted with their presentation and quality. I know the recipients will be delighted. They were packed extremely well befitting their cost, 2 cardboard cartons. A branded wooden box for each. Bubble wrap, strong polythene , a branded large glass cleaner cloth and branded tissue. A pleasure to open and undamaged. The glasses themselves are as expected from the website with a very nice weight to them.

Awful experience. Product never arrived and company is virtually uncontactable.
Please don't order from them, total scam.
Even if my product arrives (it's been over a month and the trackings disappeared so I doubt it), to refund it you have to email them so the refund can be 'approved' but they don't reply to emails?

I’m a bit surprised after the bad reviews I’ve read to be honest. I ordered a glass as a gift, and it arrived today and it’s beautiful. I know there have been some bad reviews but I’m delighted with my purchase, so I’m a little confused

purchased a decanter set from this company based on product descriptions and invoice wording that reasonably suggested wine glasses were included. Only a single decanter was delivered.

I contacted customer service and requested reimbursement, which was refused. I am now pursuing the matter through Spanish and EU consumer protection channels.

I recommend that prospective buyers review product descriptions and invoices very carefully before purchasing.I would give them a zero star rating if allowed. Bad customer service, late delivery and misrepresentation.

Ordered what was supposedly a hand crafted edo kiriko crumple crystal glass. The item has arrived promptly but it is a cheap glass that is made of poor quality glass, clearly machine cut and with many imperfections. I have asked for a refund but was ignored. Many others on the internet accuse this company of fraudulent advertising. Sadly I fell victim too. Do not waste money on this company.
UPDATE 2 JANUARY 2026: They have sent me a generic response saying that I ordered a "simple design" and if I had ordered a "more intricate" I would receive a better glass. I explained that 46 euro for a glass is already too much and that the glass is neither hand crafted nor edo kiriko nor crystal. Later I found that because I left a review on facebook they have now blocked me from facebook. This is a company that MUST NOT BE TRUSTED. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered $907.80 worth of Matte Ceramic Steak Serving Plates. It has been over 2 weeks, and they have not shipped. You cannot contact the seller by phone- only email, which should have been my major red flag. I'm now disputing with my bank for a fraud charge against Masuhome. They are not responding to my email inquiries on shipping status. Buyer beware.
