Required just on the off chance some aluminium section for a wheelchair carrier project. The guys at Matara could not do enough even processing the material to size. This sort of service is well worth the recognition and in addition the aluminum section was spot-on and completed the project, thank you.

Matara are a fantastic company that take care of you from start to finish. They are communicative which in a high stress situation is ideal. Most importantly the product is great. Victoria Danaher was particularly helpful and got our company out of a bind, so ask for her.

I am not an engineer, and have no experience in using aluminium extrusion. I'd seen a design on the net made from 4080 profile and decided to build one for myself. There were a few questions which the sales department answered quickly - they could not have been more helpful. The fact that my order was for about £75 did not matter - I could not fault their response and will use them again for my next project. There were a couple of items that weren't on their website or the downloadable catalogue but they were available and added to my order without any drama. A first class organisation.

Interesting company, when I sent email receiving response is so hard situation, for the last 2 weeks I am sending emails and no response. The charged and collected payment are same, but the invoice amount is less than they collected. Because of this, I can not close VAT period, the people in accounting department are so rude and they do not bother their mistake. I will file a complaint to the HMRC.

Top service and priced competitively. Luke and the warehouse team were really helpful guiding our design and explaining fittings/assembly. We ended up with exactly what we wanted all in good time!
