I found the service provided by the broker assigned to my case to be lacking in experience, which resulted in a frustrating and inefficient process. At times, it felt as though my application was not being handled with the level of care and expertise expected for such an important financial process.

Overall, the experience caused unnecessary delays and stress, and I was not satisfied with the outcome or the level of service provided. Unfortunately, I feel that both time and money were not well spent in this case.
