Enormt uprofessionelt. Jeg bestilte to OBA sæber tilbage i marts i forbindelse med en fødselsdagsgave. Det gik desværre først op for mig efter bestillingen, at de ikke var på lager, men i production og forventedes at være klar midt april. Det stod på hjemmesiden, men med småt. Efter lidt tid får jeg en mail om at afsendelse er udskudt til slut april, og slut april så en opfølgning, hvor de skriver, at de er klar til afsendelse. Intet sker i 14 dage, og jeg rækker ud til dem for en status. Får her at vide, at de er klar til at blive afsendt, men at det havde taget lidt længere tid end forventet. Efter flere mails fra min side af, hvor de flere gange lover at sende ordren i sidste uge, så har jeg stadig intet hørt. Har fulgt op igen. Hvis ikke de sender inden for de næste par dage, så annullerer jeg ordren og kræver en refund. Det er simpelthen for frustrerende og uprofessionel en proces at være en del af, kombineret med, at der ikke rigtigt sker nogen kommunikation fra deres side af. Kan ikke anbefale at handle herfra, selvom de har smukke ting.

I placed an order and paid in full. Six months later, the product has still not been delivered. Communication has been reactive at best. I have had to chase every update myself, and each time I receive a new excuse or a pushed timeline with no concrete shipping confirmation.

The pattern of complaints on this page is consistent and alarming. Multiple customers report the same experience: payment taken, product never arrives, excuses repeated.

I have now initiated a formal case with the Danish consumer protection authority and would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to research this company thoroughly before paying. Based on my experience and the volume of similar reviews here, I cannot recommend purchasing from Matias Møellenbach.

Whether this reflects deliberate recklessness or total operational incompetence, the result for customers is the same: money taken, no product, no accountability.

Offensichtlich wurde mir ein bereits retourniertes Paket einfach weitergeleitet. Der Inhalt, eine Glas Teekanne war teilweise kaputt, die Verpackung war auch in gebrauchtem zustand.
Auch das Shipping war eine Katastrophe: es wurde gar nicht probiert zuhause zu zustellen sondern direkt ein einer Paketstation, die 30min entfernt war, abgegeben.

Jeg har købt vare den 28/2-26. og ingen vare modtaget. Jeg bliver ved med at få at vide at den er pakket til forsendelse Men varen sendes aldrig. Engelsk svar på kundeservice utallige gange, den er pakket og vil blive sendt afsted.
Jeg tænker aldrig jeg modtager noget.

Ordered a soap in February and still haven’t received it. I also received multiple shipment notifications for deliveries that were apparently never actually sent. The product itself looks beautiful on pictures, but unfortunately the service has been extremely disappointing. Poor communication and a very frustrating experience overall.

I ordered a pre-ordered rug from Matian Moellenbach. The quality was nothing like that in the images online. The online images showcase a pristine rug that has one solid color one side and another solid color from other side. The rug which arrived had two different colors on the other side, making clear uneven stripes (one light red, other dark red). Clearly the yarn used was from two different patches. Addition to that, the rug had yard that had been accidentally cut. I returned the rug, and I had to remind the customer service team to get the payment back.
So, the quality of the product doesn't match the photos. It really looked like someone's DIY project instead of a premium design item.
The customer service was friendly, and they did return my money.

Jeg kan virkelig ikke anbefale dette sted!! Købte noget i januar og har stadig ikke modtaget. Virkelig dårlig kundeservice og linker til artikler om olieudslip, når man spørger om opdatering på ens ordrer - som man ovenikøbet selv skal bede om efter så mange måneder!!!

I placed an order the 10. March 2026, two X OBA SOAP. The money was withdrawn quickly. I keep receiving emails with excuses about why the product is delayed. Last week I finally got an email about the product great succes in Milan and the order was now ready to ship off. Unfortunately nothing has arrived yet. I have been reaching out since the beginning and really without any luck. I can not state enough that the way this company is treating their customers is really sad, such a pity and disappointing. Please be careful and bear in mind.

Like many other people, I ordered a rug back in November 2025 and after repeated delays it has never been delivered. No updates from customer service, I had to chase them and everytime was given a new excuse [production failure, shipping delays etc etc]. Eventually, I cancelled the order and am still chasing for the refund. Currently being told the refund failed for some reason so they are trying again. I'll be contacting my credit card company to get my money back.

I ordered a rug with a delivery time of 8–12 weeks. After several months of waiting, the order was repeatedly delayed and delivery timelines kept changing (in total I waited more or less 5 months).

Communication was polite but inconsistent, and clear shipping information was never provided. Despite agreeing on a final deadline, the order was ultimately refunded before shipment, meaning that after months of waiting I never received the product.

The refund was processed correctly, but the overall experience was frustrating due to the long delays and lack of reliable delivery timelines.

Please not purchase from this brand, it is a SCAM. Ordered a rug that never arrived and paid full right away. It's been month and I still haven't received my refund.
They keep apologizing and trying to buy more but they never really attempted to proceed with the reimbursment.

This rug is a 10/10 for comfort. It's incredibly plush and looks great in my room. I would have given it 5 stars, but the shipping was delayed

Ähnlich wie andere Kunden habe ich im März 2025 eine Glaslampe gepreordered. Nachdem sich die Produktion und Lieferung mit diversen Ausreden immer weiter verzögerte (zum Schluss auf Juni 2026) habe ich Anfang Februar die Bestellung gecancelt. Mir wurde bestätigt, dass die Rückerstattung angestoßen wurde, ich habe allerdings bisher kein Geld erhalten. Auf Nachfrage wurde gesagt, dass der Refund priorisiert wurde - ich glaube es erst, wenn das Geld auf meinem Konto eingegangen ist. Absolute Warnung vor dem Kauf! Niemand sollte sich von diesem Scam über den Tisch ziehen lassen.

Exactly what I was looking for! This door mat is incredibly sturdy and has a great weight to it, so it doesn't slide around when you wipe your feet. The heavy jute material feels highly durable and handles daily foot traffic perfectly. Highly recommend!

This rug is exactly as described—thick, beautifully made, and unbelievably soft. It laid perfectly flat right out of the packaging and feels amazing underfoot. You can tell they use very high-quality materials. Highly recommended!

Worst experience. Feels like a scam the entire process through. The products were delayed (a lot) and there was always a new excuse. Nothing wrong with the product itself, however, the service throughout the entire process was ridiculous. Would not recommend.

Jeg er ligeledes faldet i og har købt og betalt et tæppe for fire måneder siden, som skulle komme efter seks uger. Så rykkede det de de fra december til februar og nu til slut marts.
