I started a 3-day free trial with Matific last year. My child didnât like it at all. I tried to cancel, but couldnât, and they charged me for a full year. Despite multiple emails, I never received a response.
This year they charged me again, even though the service wasnât used at all. They are still not responding to my refund requests.
Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this at all.ð€¯
