I started a 3-day free trial with Matific last year. My child didn’t like it at all. I tried to cancel, but couldn’t, and they charged me for a full year. Despite multiple emails, I never received a response.

This year they charged me again, even though the service wasn’t used at all. They are still not responding to my refund requests.

Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this at all.🤯

It has great activities that you could use as lesson starters. It also has good question coverage.

Scam!

I signed up for a free trial and then tried to log on to cancel it before I got charged. The saved password didn’t work, so I clicked “Forgot password” but haven’t got anything. I tried many times but no emails were received.

I emailed their support at various email addresses A LOT but never got a reply. Meanwhile they charged me every month until I called my bank.

It is complete SCAM

L'app ha funzionato mentre creavo l'account, poi, all'accesso successivo ha smesso di funzionare (appena si apre lo schermo diventa bianco, non si può fare nulla se non uscire).

Det var sjovt at lave Matific, det eneste der er irrterende er at det er temmeligt dyrt.
