I would like to express my concern. I brought couple of bags back in June. Once I received the order, I realise the products were cheap and does not worth the price. I got in touch with the consumer service Emily. She was initially very good at responding once I said I do not want the products and returned it. Months after I followed up about the refund. I did not get any response, now we are in 2026, I do not know what to do as I did not get my money back approx $250
Do not waste your money
I purchased three items that are all very poor quality, the boots look nothing like the picture. I emailed regarding a return and someone named Emily emailed me back, I had to pay for shipping for the items to be returned to China. The items arrived back on my doorstep today, return to sender, the address was fake. The phone number on the website is not connected. This is a fake store.

Do not shop here! This is a scam. I ordered a dress which I didn’t like and tried to return. It took me at least 5 emails of them ‘negotiating’ with me to give me a refund of 10% - 30% instead of the full amount. When I insisted on a return, and I arranged the $26 parcel to China it was never ‘received’ and therefore I couldn’t get my money back. I buy a lot online and this is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

BUYER BEWARE! This business is basically a scam. Ordered $80 pants for my mum for Christmas and they are the cheapest piece of clothing I’ve ever seen. It was also not the right product as pictured. Emailed asking for a refund and got a long email about no guarantee my package will make it to the warehouse so instead can offer me 10% refund - $8. Read the policy and says you can request a replacement if incorrect product - no time limit is listed. They replied back that it was 30 day limit and since it had just passed, there was nothing they can do. This place is a joke.
These people are disgusting .
These people are disgusting .. pretending to be Mother and Daughter, selling people rubbish. The address for returns on their delivery label is YW Co Ltd PO Box 6014 Chullora NSW 1405. I returned the dress to this label only to be told it has to come to an international address (not mentioned anywhere). I don't know how these deceitful people live with themselves.

This garment was shoddy
This garment was shoddy, loose threads, puckered seams and heavy slimy fabric. I will NEVER wear it and doubt that any money will be refunded. I would never purchase from this company again. So disappointed.

Products have nothing to do to what are advertised online. Save your money.
Although you are eligible for refunds, you have to pay for reposting fees with are high.
Poor quality customer services
I ordered 6 bags in April but only 5 bags were delivered with 1 of the bags slightly damaged. I wrote an enquiry email about the missing bag and damaged bag. They agreed to refund me 20% of the damaged bag and promised to send me the missing bag. It is now June, I have only received the 20% refund of the damaged bag, but nothing about the missing bag. I wrote follow-up emails but no response from them. I am very disappointed with their customer services.

if I could give this less than one star I would. Product not as advertised - very, very poor quality and very difficult to return. At the time of writing, I am being offered 20% of the price paid and after 3 attempts still have no clarity on how to return the items. This trust pilot review was then sent to be to complete in Dutch even though the goods were not delivered to The Netherlands - seems it is an attempt to avoid feedback being published. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

It's not what I ordered. I ordered a leather backpack, it's definitely not leather.
I won't be purchasing anything from the site again.

Inferior poor quality
I received A second pair of boots ordered from this company at the same time I ordered the first pair. Both have been extremely inferior and not worth even a fraction of what was paid. Nothing matched the pictures promised either
Leather had faults in cutting and the overall finish of these boots was terrible.

The bag is quite nice, a little smaller than I expected. But I am horrified to find the exact bag is $50 cheaper with Temu. A refund should be in order!
