Fantastic customer service! I emailed asking if it's possible to buy a spare part for my shower and received an email from Lucas in customer support within minutes giving full details, price and a number to call to purchase.

Over the years I've ordered a few spare parts from Matki and the support has been exceptional. If only other companies were as good. Well done Matki (and Lucas!!)

Have dealt with 2 members of staff while enquiring about a spares order. They were Lucas in Tech Support, who was so quick with responses to my emails and gave me all the information I asked for in a friendly and helpful manner.
Also spoke to Jason in Customer Services who has been so thoughtful and went above and beyond in his handling of my phone call.
If all Matki staff are as good as these two then I am a very happy customer

It took less than 48 hours, over a weekend, to submit my request for assistance and to receive the help and solution to a shower screen cleaning problem that required the removal of a well fitting trim.
A helpful reply came early Monday morning which also included very useful advice on cleaning the build up of damp mould.
The photos I offered,to help identify the shower screen, were accepted and within a very short time I was gratified to receive an email containing an image of the exact installation instructions to show how the dismantling of the trim should be tackled.
After over 14 years of constant usage I was unsure that Matki would still have details of my shower cubicle so that I could remove the mould carefully.
The whole process of contacting Matki has been a very speedy and positive experience.

I have contacted customer support twice on different issues. The first time the representative located a missing part for my shower head even though it had been discontinued saving me the cost and inconvenience of replacing it. The second time I was advised as to the likely cause of a sticky water control lever and advised how to repair it and the part required. Excellent after sales support!

The fitters were very efficient and pleasant. The finished shower cubicle looks very good.

Having purchased a Matki shower and enclosure we were very pleased with both the quality and finish of the product. A year later one of the door seals was damaged and the after sales team were excellent. The replacements were received within a few days of of my contacting Matki with no fuss. Overall I feel it’s a quality product with an exceptional after sales support system.

We had an unfortunate situation having moved in to a property with matki shower units in the bathrooms. Having a family member break the fittings, I managed to damage the door trying to fix the issue. The after-sales team (Esme in particular) were exceptionally helpful in sourcing replacement parts having seen only one (pretty poor!) photo of the unit, shipping the parts promptly and resolving all further questions. Highly recommended.

We had a Matki shower enclosure installed around 2 years ago and it’s been an excellent product. We recently contacted the company as we had a query about removing and cleaning parts of the waste outlet. The technical team at Matki were really helpful and provided clear guidance on how to remove the parts which had a very tight fit. We followed their instructions and I’m pleased to say that everything is now back in place and working well again. Very impressive customer after sales experience- well done!

Thank you very much for the prompt supply, at my plumber’s request, for the replacement shower valve body. It’s now fitted and I’m so glad not to have a constantly dripping shower.

Excellent support from Matki After Sales Service to provide a replacement shower part for one that had perished over time. The correct part arrived quickly and was easy to fit by following the original installation instructions.

Matki supplied a replacement shower waste installed in 2006. An excellent service let down Fedex who took a week to deliver it.

Needed help and advice on how to clean up our 12 year old teak shower duck board and some replacement rubber feet. All sorted looking as new now!

We needed a replacement shower waste trap for our Matki shower, which Josh arranged straightaway and it was dispatched the same day. Excellent customer service.

Ordered a replacement seal for my Colonade shower - 15 years old but otherwise in great condition. Item arrived within two days packaged perfectly in a cardboard tube. Very reasonable price. You can't get better service than this!

Matki have now sent me the spare parts I needed and offered to send an engineer to fix my problem . So they do good customer service afterall.

Brilliant service. Sent out some spare parts without any problems. Royal Mail didn’t deliver them so they sent another set.
