MAT were recommended to me by a colleague and I can see why. After spending my entire career to this point in one school, the prospective of moving somewhere new was daunting to say the least! Marie’s warmth and her drive to bring out the best in me meant she has been able to find me a position in a school which is the right fit for me and in a role which will play to my strengths. I was contacted by an agent (Amber) via LinkedIn regarding a Subject Leader position. Amber was very professional, extremely helpful and supportive from application through to interview and thereafter.
