I started working with MAT Recruitment around 12 months ago as a Maths NTP tutor online. They are great in finding MAT Trust links via their Tutor Coordinator Amber Kapur. Through Amber, I have worked directly with Assistant Headteachers to help run their NTP schemes, including trusts such as Star Academies and Dixons. Cannot say enough good things about MAT Recruitment both in how they supported me during a change of positions but also as an excellent resource in finding suitable candidates.

Amber was very helpful in securing my new position. She kept me informed throughout the process and answered all my questions promptly. She also kept me updated when there was a slight delay with the school sending the contract. Only suggestion for an improvement would be to use email for all contact that doesn't require a phone call but this is just my own personal preference.
