Matrix Arms レビュー

Amazing responsiveness to inquiry from owner and follow-up emails from staff. Very glad I bought this 9mm lower instead of others — miles ahead in terms of quality, fit & finish, and LBHO mechanism compared to other 9mm AR lowers I have. Go for it.

The quality of Matrix Arms receivers/items is hard to beat. Machining and finish (even those list as blemished) is on par with major manufacturers. My items were individually bagged/wrapped and shipped in a comparmented box to prevent any damage and received in a timely manner. I cannot say enough other than I would definitely recommend Matrix Arms for your AR needs!

Great product fast shipping can’t ask for more

Love these guys love the products, had an odd shipping issue, they stayed in contact and resolved it.

After ordering customer service was great to guide me how to send them my FFL dealer information for my items to be send to. Less than a week to be delivered!

I will be ordering more products from them. They answered my emails in a timely manner. And when I did receive my order, the packaging went far beyond my expectations.

The best 80% lowers that I’ve ever worked with!!!! The price is very reasonable!!!!!

Purchased a BLEM 80% lower. Well, if it’s BLEM I’m not sure where the blemish is. Fantastic quality. I will definitely buy more in the future

Good customer service, great price and fast shipping

A great experience from start to finish. I was kept notified at all times with personal emails.
Very professional and personable
Would use them again without question

Exceptionally remarkable purchase, very happy with the finish and the quality of the lowers.

Great service, 10 out of 10!

Fit and finish is perfect from the looks of things, not a wave or imperfection I can see in the anodizing. I wish the barrel extension had a tighter fitment, barrels just slide right in with no force or heat needed; but for the price I can't complain so not knocking any stars for that.
Shipping was fast enough, service was good. No complaints there.

Great product, as described, FAST shipping. These guys don’t appear to take days off.

Bought a stripped lower from them, shipped quick and the product is great and very affordable. Called them with questions and got immediate responses.
Only down one star because contacting them by email didn't work and their website is a bit of a mess. Still highly recommended!

Customer service, price, and quality!!

Purchased a couple of their remaining old-stock "version 1" AR-15 stripped lowers as well as one of the newer version. Matrix Arms does some great work with their products and highly recommend. It took a couple extra weeks due to manufacturing, but their support staff is awesome and I can't complain at all. If you need a good quality lower receiver for your AR-15, then I highly recommend Matrix Arms.
