Brilliant service and communication! Made my life so much easier as someone sorting out a house after a parent passing. Thank you so much, Matrix.

This company is amazing. I had an extremely difficult situation I needed attending to urgently. Amy was amazing on the telephone call and very understanding due to my highly emotional state. Amy managed to get someone out to me within a couple of hours. Stephen and Martin came out and were just as brilliant. Told me everything was going to be OK and cracked on with the job at hand. Between them they made one of the worst days of my life a little bit more bearable. Thank you for your kindness and understanding and for the great job you did

I required an un pleasant clean after the passing of a dear friend. The guys that came were kind, explained in full what was going to happen and when I wasn’t happy with something they found n alternative. They were respectful and considerate and did a wonderful job in no time at all. These are the jobs no one wants to do but need doing. Matrix provided an excellent service from start to finish and I would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Matrix. I called following a spillage of sealant in the boot of my car, the team were super helpful and provided me with a quote quickly. I was very happy with the price i was quoted and was really impressed that the job could be carried out the following day. When Matrix arrived their team member was professional, helpful and completed the job quicker than I expected. He was very knowledgeable and my car looks almost new which is great considering the mess the sealant had left. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Matrix to anyone.

Great work from Daniel. Matrix was very quick to provide a quote and to come on site to get the job done (mold cleaning in a car). I would recommend.

Stuart and Mark were fantastic, they were professional and supportive towards a hoarded property.
They went above and beyond! would definitely recommend

They came to our rescue in an efficient and compassionate way. Paul, who I spoke to first, was kind and understanding. We were kept informed during the process of getting someone to us and Mark arrived on time and did a great job. We are very grateful. Thank you!

Excellent response time.
Very honest with what required doing
Removed everything that was contaminated
Informative advice after which we could use to improve the situation in the house.

The company got back to us and arranged the clean so quickly! The 2 men who completed the clean were very understanding and are fab at their job! Will definitely be using them again !

I was very happy with the final result of the balcony cleanup and bird waste removal. The company representative was very professional and easy to communicate with. The payment is taken in advance, but I had no complaints, the job was great and at the end I received a detailed report with pictures. I would definitely recommend working with the Matrix Group!

Outstanding!

We needed a rather messy clean after my family member passed.
He was not found for a wee while and we needed it doing well and quickly
From the first call to the office to the two men arriving and finishing the work it’s been really brilliant.

In less that 24 hours we had all the work completed

Could not recommend Matrix any higher

Thank you from the whole family

As a victim of Graffiti on my house & neighbours wall, I required its removal as urgent due to the offensive content. This company preyed on this knowledge and charged me £354 on the spot via debit card over the phone. To scale it in simple terms, the cleaning up would of removed 8 words.Arriving at my home address, alarm bells rang with the minimal of equipment they had on board a disorganised messy van. Within 10 minutes, the guy told me he couldn't remove the paint.Ringing the head office, the lady told me that they don't do reimbursements, literally!#!?# I was left having to pursue the reimbursement via my bank. AVOID this company based in Bridgend at all costs! RE:THEIR REPLY: I WAS NOT CONTACTED AGAIN AND REFUSING ANY SERVICE, and I would be willing at anytime for my call log to be observed to confirm this! I am left with a £354 bill by this company, and I'm taking it up with the bank directly, as I am left with no other choice as the company are refusing any reimbursement of any kind!?

Great customer service explained everything before so we knew everything that would be happening and done a amazing job

Excellent service, fast response for call out would recommend 100% 😊😊

Wonderful
Service amazing house clutter cleared
And
Property cleaned

We required an urgent biohazard clean. The response time was very quick and efficient. I was contacted regarding my query within the hour and they were able to attend that evening if required. I was kept up to date with all progress, attendance times and the process.

Our customer had a macerator pump explosion within one of their stores in Cambridge. Called Paul and within 24hrs they were out completing the clean and not to say they were unable to gain access at the time confirmed, they waited and returned back. Other companies would of definitely gave us a call out charge for this but Matrix were happy to return. Very happy with the service received and would highly recommend.

I enquired about a large hoarding home to be cleared of one of my family members - I was absolutely blown away with how fast they got back to me and how reasonable the price was for all the work. I spoke to Paul who was so thorough, helpful and compassionate with our circumstances that we was needing help with.
However I was again thrilled when I informed them that I needed the clean as soon as they could and Paul organised everything for me the next day!
On the day I was skeptical that all could be done in a day due to the amount of work to do and but Paul insured me that they was hard workers and that as much would be done as they could.
Ben, Kieron and Mark came and was so understanding, hard working and thorough and got everything done in the one day! I am absolutely over the moon with the incredible results- they done in eight hours what would have taken weeks to arrange and do! I'm so happy with the job and can't thank Paul, Ben, Kieron and Mark enough - can not recommend matrix enough!

We had a call out for an unpleasant clean within a changing cubicle at one of our customers retail shops in Trafford Centre. We called Paul at Matrix and they were able to attend the next morning before the store opens and complete the clean to a very high standard. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future. Thank you again Paul.

Paul was extremely helpful and accommodating when discussing needs work carried out in less than 24 hrs , professional service can’t fault .
Stuart worked very hard , work carried out to excellent standard
Thank you guys
