Scammed.
Placed an order and received an email with a payment link. Before paying I sent through an enquiry about the payment and shipping details and received a prompt response.
Once the order was paid for I never received any shipping info. I have sent 5 follow up emails with no response.
Trying to reclaim funds by reporting the scam to my bank.

My first order was placed in December 2020 (a mix of San Pedro and Ayahuasca). I received it in the UK about 3 months later. It contained more San Pedro than ordered and no Ayahuasca. I assumed it was a mistake but let it go since the quantity roughly compensated.

My second order in 2021 was San Pedro only, and it arrived in about 2 months with no issues.

The problems started with my third order in 2022, a £500 San Pedro order. After payment, there was:

No tracking number

No confirmation

No replies whatsoever

I tried contacting them via:

Website chat (always the same automated reply — don’t bother)

Email (every few months, repeatedly)

I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — just confirmation or a refund. Total silence.

In 2023, after months with no response, I tested whether they were still active by placing another order without paying. I immediately received a payment link, so clearly the business was still running. I replied to that email explaining my issue and attached proof of the £500 payment.

Again: no response.

I repeated this same process in 2024, and again in 2025 — same result. They respond instantly when money is involved, but completely ignore you once they already have it.

At this point it’s very clear to me:
They’ll often fulfill a first order to build trust, but once you place a larger order, they disappear completely.

Sadly, it’s not uncommon for some sellers in the Amazon region to see Westerners as easy money. What hurts most is the complete lack of integrity — especially from people presenting themselves as “medicine people.”

I lost a significant amount of money, and I’m sharing this so others don’t make the same mistake.
Don’t waste your money. Be cautious.

This is a scam, please do not order from them. It has been 2 months. I got a order confirmation but never a shipping confirmation. They never email you or send a refund. They are pure evil!

I ordered and payed a lot for fast delivery. never arrived. all emails remain unanswered. unfortunately a scam site.

It has been 3 weeks since I have placed an order and I have not gotten anything, a package, a tracking number, a response to my emails. Make me vewwy sad :(

Scams, do not buy from them, the company has been bought by tour operators who scam.

I ordered payed by PayPal and did not receive anything.No answer to my requests.
Two years ago I ordered from them and everything was ok.No problems.
I don't know what happened to the Company.

I ordered from them 4 weeks ago and they will not answer my emails this site is a scam!!!

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and was told it would ship in 2-3 bussiness days after payment confirmation was recieved. Ive sent multiple emails without a response. Im crossing my fingers they will follow through. I know sometimes the holidays can get busy.

Ordered, website says guaranteed shipping in 2 business days. Emailed and asked them what was taking so long, said they had a mishap. Now, website says 3 business days. Emailed and asked for my money back, now they hurried up and processed my payment that they took off my acct at the time of purchase. Isn't willing to make this right, scam. Scam. Do not buy. Stole my money.

SCAM! BEWARE!!! Do not use. Ordered and received a DHL tracking email but DHL say it has never been put on their network. Complete scam and do not use.

I payd over paypal and receved nothing.
First they answered that i have to wait because it is at the US Customs.
Then nothing.
Whatsup Number isnt registered.
and to leave client komments is disabled.

Conclusion Scam do not buy from them

I ordered from these guys 2 months ago and the order was never delivered. All contact to the company has been ignored. Scammers
