I bought his product on a platform. Due to the problem of the platform, my account can't download his product. But even if it's not his fault or responsibility, he still helps me to contact the platform customer service to correct my account error.

This guy! I've been impressed with devs of plugins before, but this guy, though! I got into discord with an error I was having, and he was in within about ten minutes. I sent him the console errors I got and the next message I received from him basically told me he had just gone through updating and uploading the plugin with a fix. Rest assured that anything you purchase from LoneDev will be well worth your time and money!
