The Staff price and comfort of the matress

I ordered mattress in July/D12. It supposed to be good quality. After 2,5 months of waiting - no mattress. No call from the shop as well. When I came to check is everything OK, they offered me a cheaper one 😆 No Thanks.

Carlow store. Paid a deposit for 2 beds & mattress, went in the following week & they had no record of deposit! We had the receipt but he didn't have the beds in stock. Went in the following week to pick up both beds & he only had one. He said the other wld be back in stock in a week. Went back in a week & still no bed. It was another 3 weeks before we got it. Awful set up and customer service, and not even so much as an apology!

I had the misfortune of buying 3 mattresses from mattress Mick’s at the Carlow store. I paid for the 3 mattresses and then the salesman said he didn’t have them in stock. I left and he followed claiming he had 2 of them. I loaded them and he said the 3 would be ready in 3 days. It took 5 weeks to get the 3rd and no apology or any form of responsibility accepted. The mattresses are only poor enough quality, probably imported from china. This is definitely the worst experience ever, staff were awful, quality poor and service was deplorable. I’ll never go back. You say that you are a different company but whose name is over the door. Take down the name if you are a different company.

My father is and elderly man that bought a new bed frame and mattress from the Waterford store. He decided to return the bed frame but keep the mattress as my brother had a frame in storage. It would have saved him the €180 he spent on the frame. It took him weeks to save for the bed out of his pension. He's fiercely independent and wouldn't accept money from us. When he brought it back he was told there would be a €53 restocking fee and the rest would come as store credit. Nothing about this is fair on an old man. There's nothing he wants in the store so its money down the drain. No one in my family will ever buy from that store again. Disgraceful.

I'm sorry Jim I wont be dealing with that store again. I wont be able to be around that "manager" again. He's a nasty piece of work and it was hard holding back from putting him in his place. I've kept the bed and pretended I brought it back myself so my father wouldn't feel so helpless about it all. He needs to go and I'm sure you're going to.get a lot more bad reviews because of that man. Thanks for replying so quick though.

Quick, professional, polite and service you'd expect from a 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ business. They arranged a swift delivery date and time, and the man on the phone couldn't do enough to help! I'll definitely buy products from Mattress Mick again and recommend others to aswell. Grace.

From the minute i walked into the shop the man who dealt with me,Noel was unbelievably helpful i had found the bed i wanted within 5 minutes.
Noel was so helpful that we came back 5 days later to purchase another bed.
I would highly recommend mattress mick for all your bed and mattress needs.

Platinum 5000 Pocket Spring Mattress. As When I was purchasing it thry didnt have it in store as it was out of stock & they went out of there own way to reorder me in one . ITS so comfortable lay down on - The service was excellent and the delivary guy even helped us get them inside desite only getting kerbside delivery. He was dead helpful. I would have no problem buying from you again. their price are hard to beat elsewhere. 😊🙏🙏

Bought two mattresses from Mattress Mick. Service was topnotch from start to finish. Everyone from the shop assistant to the delivery men, were friendly and helpful. Delivery men kept in constant contact to let me know the delivery times. All in all, it took less than 24 hours from purchase to delivery. Thanks to everyone at Mattress Mick's.
