Great service. Very friendly and helpful with any car troubles
The service at mavis is excellent. I was able to talk with Justin, he was helpful and knowledgeable about my vehicle which put my mind at ease. I would recommend to anyone to come to Mavis in Auburn.

My first experience with them was having a flat tire on my trailer forcing me to leave it roadside on a Sunday afternoon. Trailer tires are not easy to find let alone getting it repaired on a Sunday. Justin and Dave did just that! Tonight I went back for an oil change and tire rotation. I would say by amount of business I observed and courteous service I received, that this is my new local mechanic!

Didn’t have a appointment and got in and out in a hour!

I made an appointment to have my 4 car tires changed over from the all seasons to the winter ones. I dealt with Dave and he was always helpful and professional. They did the work quickly and called me when they were done. I was very satisfied with their service. I have used Mavis in Auburn before and will continue to give them my business.

Great and fast service. The staff at this location have great customer service communication and are highly recommended.

Was going there for Years. My wife went there November 2023, had a regular Oil change like she does every 5000 miles. Three weeks later the Oil Plug fell out, no oil in the Motor. Result, Engine Seized. Now we are out $6500 Plus Dollars for an engine replacement. Mavis Corporate keeps saying the same thing, like a broken record "We are assuming no responsibility" The manager of the shop changed his tone when I called, and his response was "I was told to tell you we assume no responsibility”. So, when they tell you “Since we had to remove your tires Please come back after a few days So we can make sure the lug nuts are tight” They should now add “Please come back after a few days after we changed your oil so we can make sure the oil plug is tight” Hired an attorney, going to Court. I will keep everyone posted.

I went into Mavis this morning with a couple of lights on my dashboard. I wasn't sure what they were, but the team quickly got me in. It turns out it was just a sensor issue and I was in and out quickly. The service was exceptional and the people were pleasant. Keep up the great work!

Took our vehicle to Mavis for a routine oil change. They overtightened the drain plug in the oil pan.
Mark (manager) said they would take care of the issue. (over 3 months ago)
We left the vehicle for the repair (Heli-Coil and new drain plug) Tech could not get the oil plug out.
We left the vehicle a second time, the 2nd technician was unsuccessful.
Then Mavis asked us to take vehicle to another local garage; they took a look at the problem and declined to fix it (suggested new oil pan)
Mavis sent a 3rd technician from Syracuse. Tech said we needed to take our vehicle to the Syracuse store for him to repair it. At this point we had no faith in Mavis's ability to complete the repair.
Mavis then asked us to collect quotes from different garages to replace the oil pan and they would pay for the repair.
We then collected estimates from 2 experienced garages and hand delivered them to Mavis.
We scheduled the repair with the closest local garage per Mavis's suggestion. They did a great job replacing the oil pan. (RIGHT THE FIRST TIME)
After the local shop completed the repair that Mavis caused, Mavis refused to pay for the completed service.
Auburn store says the issue is "with corporate" (zero accountability) They are a corrupt and dishonest company from the top down.
In summary Mavis calls on a small shop to bail them out. Then they do not pay the local shop that bailed them out!
The national corporation sticking it to the little guy that cleaned up their mess!

I have used this store for a very long time whether it's tires, mufflers, or brakes they always do a great job.
Got 4 new tires and they came close to my budget. was done in a hour. thanks Guys and Brian for issuing a coupon on the tires and Kevin for completing the install in record time.

As always Mark was great! Efficient and polite!

They had excellent customers service and got me in and out in 30 minutes. This is about to be my new tire spot. Thanks mavis
