Mavis Tire - Baltimore Street レビュー 18

This is for the Mavis on Baltimore Street in Hanover, Pennsylvania, went there the morning of November 30, 2025 guessing I needed a new alternator which was correct, I was in a hurry as my mother was going to pass at any time, got there at 9 o’clock in the morning mother passed about the same time. The team on Baltimore Street and me not being a regular customer they jumped right on it and had it done by five. You could not ask for a better group when in a pinch to get the job done. They will be my go to of choice from here on out. Thank you John and your team.

Bought new tires there months ago, recently got a screw in my tire. Stopped in w/o an appointment and Christina had the screw removed and patched by the staff in just minutes. It was so quick and simple for them they didn't even charge me. Very much appreciated in today's greedy world. Entire staff was great! A+

Called three times before my appointment to validate exactly a time frame for four tires and oil change. All times confirmed 1-1.5hrs I made it clear I have children and don’t want to be here all day so I wanted to be clear. I got to my appointment and surprise looking at 1.5 to 2hrs. Okay fine whatever oh and the alignment isn’t in the price. Great how much sure let’s add that too after 3calls validated exactly everything. Guess what 3hrs later still sitting here car not complete and still waiting with kids. Everyone knows how great it to entrain kids. And I had a schedule appointment for this. The lady just kept making excuses they didn’t have employees today and whatever else. My appointment was scheduled and I called prior to validate everything. Only to wait longer and pay more because nobody validated correctly!! To say I’m unhappy is an understatement!!! Don’t waste your time with these people!! And to top it off, the whole inside of my car was filled with dirt marks from their nasty hands everywhere!!!

I always have a good experience at Mavis, but this one has been by far the best. I called and talked to Bryce around 3:40 on Thursday to see if they could fit me in for an oil change for a trip I last minute ended up being the driver for. Bryce said if I came in at 7 they could do it. When I got there I asked if they could check the tires. Turns out I needed 4 new tires (I knew it was coming).

Bryce knew my dilemma with having the trip and was thoughtful and kind enough to get me in Friday morning before I needed to leave.

I come to Mavis because I don’t feel pressured to buy things and I feel like I feel heard when something is wrong with my cars. Thank you Bryce and the guys who worked on my car this morning for getting the job done!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating to get my car in on short notice after my appointment had to be cancelled at another location. I really appreciate it.

I stopped in to get an estimate on replacement of tire monitor. Service advisor was very pleasant on getring me a cost. The cost was lower than factory dealer as well as other tire shops. She got me in immediately and service was completed very fast. Great job to technician and kudos to service advisor. Highly recommend

Today, March 3rd 2023, I had my tire repaired by Mavis on Baltmore St in Hanover, Pa. They were very professional and their customer service was fantastic. The found a screw in my tire that caused it to lose air. With a short time they removed the screw and plugged the tire. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I brought in two of my cars for an oil change and tire rotation service and they were able to get both done at the same time and explained all needed repairs properly and respectfully. I’m a car guy so I already knew what repairs needed to be completed. But they do honest work.

I bought snow tires last year had them mounted on my Toyota rims, bought some used tires and rims so I could use my yearly tires on my new Toyota Aluminum and put the snow tires back on these steel rims, showed up for my appointment after taking off work to be told Corporate policy does not let us put use tires on rims, I explained they only had 10,000 mile on it when I purchased the new snow tires from you, I was told that a used tire once taking off rim has weak sides and that we can not do it for safety. I 've done this all my life never had a problem. So Walmart was down the street It was a little over 100.00 for 8 tires off and on rim plus balanced, So I will not be back to buy any tires from here.
