I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mavis Tires & Brakes at 3924 Battleground Avenue and the store managers, Kristie and Nick.
Around 6:30 a.m., I stopped at the grocery store and came outside to find my right rear tire extremely flat. I searched for the closest place with free air and discovered Mavis nearby. I pulled into the parking lot, and within about 20 minutes, Kristie arrived to open the store for the day. She immediately took my keys and brought my car into the shop.
They found two large nails in my tire. Within an hour, the nails were removed, the tire was patched and balanced, and I was safely back on the road.
The customer service was phenomenal, the shop was clean, and everyone treated me with kindness and respect. They explained everything clearly, never pressured me, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Their prices were reasonable, and I truly appreciated their honesty and willingness to help.
Kristie and the entire team provided some of the best service I have ever received. Their kindness and professionalism were second to none. I highly recommend this location!
