I made an appointment, a employee called to confirm the appointment. SO showed up before appointment, was checking in and was told there was a couple of people in front of me. I was thinking 30 minute wait.... 2 HOURS!!!! Before they would be able to take the vehicle. Why make an appointment and put up with the sarcastic attitude, just to spend half the day waiting on a 30 minute oil change.

If you have the appointment scheduled ahead of time , they should show some respect for customers and try to be responsible with it , not tell you when you get there that you have to wait 2 hours more to get the service 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I got there early and was out by 0930-1000.
The service was great. I was offered everything my car needed, from tires to shocks to windshield wipers. They were very knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 I RECOMMEND

Richard and the team are fair and honest at the Bayonne Mavis! I went after a local dealership in JC told me that new front brakes were needed. Richard showed me my very healthy rotors and brake pads. I will make sure to go to this specific Mavis and refer anyone to do the same!

Mavis did a phenomenal job on my 2017 grand caravan. They made shore everything was good since I am moving to Florida and driving down there. The manager Chris and his mechanic Edward jr, did a great work on the car it’s driving way better then how I brought it in. They took care of everything and expressed to me what else needed down if I wanted to. I definitely will continue to come to navis in Bayonne. The has a good team there.

I am a long-time customer with MAVIS and, they always managed to excel in providing quality service each time I visit. The team works well and communicate all issues with customers about any problems with their vehicles in a professional manner.

I went to Mavis Bayonne today because my tire was flat today. My service technician Ray was AMAZING!!! There was no nail in my tire or slash and he could not figure out what was wrong but, he kept checking and finally figured out what the problem was, the air gauge. He took the time to figure out my issue without sending me on my way without a resolution. I am so happy I had Ray as my technician. The receptionist Stephanie was also wonderful and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Marvis-Bayonne.
