Spent $1100 to replace 4 new tires and…

(Updated Review) I wanted to update my original review. After talking with customer support (April) and then the store manager (Patrick) I am pleased to say they have addressed the situation and made it right. I am told I will be mailed a check with a credit amount to cover the previous service that resulted in my 1 star review. Based on the pleasant response by both April and Patrick I feel confident in recommending Mavis Discount Tire. I am in the service industry as well and we all make mistakes. All we can do is stand behind our work/service and make it right. That is exactly what Mavis Tire has told me they will do. I haven’t received the reimbursement but have no reason to believe that I won’t. Therefore I corrected the review so as not to do any harm to their otherwise stellar reviews. Thank you Patrick for your quick resolution with this matter.

(Original review) Spent $1100 to replace 4 new tires and an alignment on my 2017 Kia Sorento with 46,000 miles. Never rode correctly after the new tires and alignment service from Mavis. Took it to dealership and in less than 6,000 miles I was told rear tires were shot and I needed an alignment. Spent another $600 to replace rear tires and get another alignment. Emailed customer service twice and got zero response. Don’t bring your vehicle here for tires or service! They do mot stand behind their work!!

Dear Dan, we truly apologize about the rear tires wearing out prematurely. We are happy to open an investigation as if regular rotations are being done every 3-5k miles the rears and fronts should absolutely be wearing evenly regardless of an alignment issue! We also want to understand if the wear was even across all four tires or if the inner and outer treads were wearing unevenly. We are curious where the email was sent as we have not received correspondence with the name "Dan" in regards tot his location and are very sorry you have not heard back from anyone. Please call us at 914-984-2500 option #2 so we can investigate this matter immediately for you!
