The service was efficient, the sales clerk worked hard finding what I needed at a very GOOD price! And it didn't take hrs to put 4 tires on. Thx !

Excellent Customer Service
My husband and I traveled from North Wilkesboro, NC to Greensboro, NC for a monthly luncheon that happened to be in the same business strip as Mavis Tires. When we got to the restaurants we had a flat tire. After lunch we drove to Mavis. Nick greeted us immediately and put the car on the lift. Turned out there was no nail, but we needed a new valve stem. Nick replaced the valve for us and did not charge us for anything! We were amazed with the courtesy and kindness to us. Thank you Nick! May your kindness come back to you in full.

Nick assisted me and was amazing
Nick assisted me and was amazing! I didn’t have a wheel lock key for my car, because I bought the car used. He was the only one willing to even attempt removing the wheel lock and did it with ease! He replaced all 4 wheel locks (that I purchased and took to him) for no charge and repaired my tire (removed nail and patched) for no charge!! I was in and out very quickly. This is my first time going there, but won’t be my last! Nick, you are truly a blessing! Thank you!!

I waited almost over two hours for a simple oil change …. I will not ever recommend this place to anyone. I could have went to wear we usually go and been in and out within 1hr .
