Even though they were busy, fit me in for a quick tire repair!

gotta be careful with this company.They will use you and overprice tires and wipers so that they can get their store salary.All the reviews on here are from Robert Davies ex-wife, Chris Davies, Mike Mills, who is an employee there.Ryan, who was an employee.There brakes and better bonusesUpdateRobert Davies is really pissed off That I came on here and that all his employees are on here with giving 5 star reviews. I guess if u let the people of this town write the reviews Instead of having all your guys that work there giving 5 stars guess you all needed that Bonus money badly .Where is your store manger steve isnt he running a shop not a high schoolSteve do better on keeping your kids at work in line.Also Why haven't the other employees reviews been taken down

This is a great location the staff is very nice and the work is quick and efficient. I will recommend this location to family and friends.

I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and balance of all 4 tires. I arrived about an hour early to my appointment and they got me in right away. They found a nail in one of my tires and were able to replace it with a new tire...an unforseen expense, but that is life; I'm just glad they found it and I didn't have the tire blow out on the road. They were courteous, fast and efficient; they don't do transmission fluid service, but recommended a shop that might. All in all very happy with the service.

Outstanding job by all the employees that work there

Had an 8 o'clock appt took me right in and had me out in 45 min for an oil change asked me if I wanted the air filter changed(it was dirty) told them yes they had to get one (didn't have it in stock) took them about 5 min to get it and told me about the fresh air filter behind the glove box. Told them I had changed it about 3 months ago. Had a nice conversation with the person at the counter while I was waiting(didn't get his name).

About a week ago, I had made an appointment for a NYS inspection. When I arrived at the appointment time, I was told I would need to wait 2 hours. I went somewhere else. Today, when I arrived at the time I was told yesterday to come by the representative I spoke to the day before (at 8:30 am) to have tires replaced, I was told it would take about 2 hours. My car never got into a service bay until 10:15 am. Desmond, the employee who was working the front desk, was not very customer-service oriented. I had asked for the original tires to be returned to me, and he neglected to inform the installers of that. The tires are fine, and the installers did satisfactory work. My advice to management would be to train Desmond how to provide positive customer service or replace him with someone who is able to provide better customer service.

Not sure who runs the schedule there but I made an appointment last week for an inspection at 10 on a Thursday. I get there and he tells me there is no inspector till 10:30. He says he cannot get me in until 5PM!!!!! 😡 my business went elsewhere!!!

They have amazing techs, and amazing management.
The met all my needs that I asked for, 10/10 would recommend and definitely going to visit them again

Bruce and John are great!!! I was given an estimate of the cost for my service and how long it would take, both were spot on. Plus, John called with updates and revised cost because the front brakes didn’t need to be replaced as I thought.

I was initially going to be worked into a very busy day so I arrived early in the day. Fortunately for me there was a cancellation and I was worked into the work schedule. I had a positive experience at Mavis today.

I stopped by to make an appointment the other day and it was set for first thing this morning, I arrived a little early but I did talk with the gentleman behind the counter, I was there for an alignment and balance, but he didn't have that info but he took care of my appointment no issues, second time will go again.

The franchise has always been fair to us. If I may suggest, please hire a NYS inspector at your Geneva NY store.
