Avoid Mavis Tire at all costs
Avoid Mavis Tire at all costs — they will waste your time, take your money, and disappear when things go wrong.
On July 1st, I scheduled an appointment for new tires after being explicitly assured they would be shipped from another location and installed by 10:00 AM. I arrived at 8:00 AM sharp — only to be told the tires wouldn’t arrive until 2:00 PM. I had to cancel my entire day of patients, losing over $1,000 in income, while still being charged more than $1,700 for the tires.
Since then, I’ve tried multiple times to contact the regional manager, Ebony, and have never received a single call back. Corporate offered me $25 off a future service — a laughable slap in the face after the financial and professional damage I incurred. The store’s manager then told me the best they could do was 25% off a $200 alignment.
To make matters worse, just one week later, I experienced another flat tire — despite having driven only between work and home and avoiding any risky terrain.
What’s worse than the lack of professionalism is the complete lack of accountability. Mavis clearly does not care how their negligence affects working professionals, their schedules, or their safety. Their customer service model is to overpromise, underdeliver, and ignore complaints until the customer gives up.
I will never return, and I urge anyone reading this: if your time, your money, or your safety matter to you — go anywhere else
