Great manager- honest people who care about customers

Easy to communicate with front end personnel.

The experience was good, and the service was prompt and efficient, with no issues encountered.

Honesty, accuracy, friendliness, and not just with me. I observed the crew with other customers that as knowledgeable as me and they were right on.

I came in today and needed all my tires replaced because I got help by a young man name Gino he did very good job and it was fast and he also found other issues wrong with my car I appreciate it bother

When I come to this establishment my needs are My vehicle is assigned and pulled into the bay to be looked over and worked on. all mechanics seem knowledgeable. Customer turn around is quick and satisfactory to all.

I went to Mavis with a re-curring tire issue from another chain. They were able to identify the problem, find a few options for me that best suit my situation, and ultimately fix a problem someone else had created. I wound up going back to them to fully replace the tire in less then a half hour while also identifying an over fill on another tire I wasn't even aware of (Thank you Richard!). I learned that in the future they price match. (Thank God) Mike, Ken, and Richard went above the call and I sincerely appreciate them and them helping me. I'll def. go back there next time.

Prompt service, always explain everything and offered a discount because I have been in for regular oil changes for over a year

This was the first time my car was serviced at the Maple Shade store and my experience there was pleasant. I had 1 tire replaced and an unplanned oil change, which the tech worked on immediately. The Manager was very nice and helpful. I forgot to ask the tech to check my brakes, but he already did, and said they were fine. He also said my wind shield wipers were really bad and he was right. I had no idea that he would have notice something like that! I was impressed. Signed a satisfied customer.
