I paid $1,499 for 3 tires and service, but the original issue was never fixed.
I clearly explained that the vehicle was shaking and making noise.
After the service, the car was returned in the exact same condition.
I even brought it back and they kept it for hours, yet nothing changed.
Very disappointing experience for the amount charged.

Terrible Service and Poor Communication
Dropped my car off at the Ewing Mavis around 8 p.m. for a flat tire replacement. By the next morning, no one called, so I reached out around 8:25 a.m. The staff knew my car but seemed completely disconnected from the corporate office that took my order.
I paid for a new tire, insurance, alignment, and a $25 holding fee, something that should’ve taken two hours at most. When I called back, the staff were confused about my order and never returned my call. When I followed up again, I was rudely told, “We’ll call you when it’s ready,” and that they don’t even do alignments on Teslas, despite being charged for one.
It’s now 3:50 p.m. and still no response. Extremely unprofessional service, poor communication, and bad attitude from the staff. I’ll never return to this location.

My low tire pressure light came on to…
My low tire pressure light came on to alert about a tire problem . I discovered a nail in the tire . I called my local Mavis tire service in Ewing and was able to get an appointment the very next morning at 8:00 AM . Nick the manager was awesome , they removed the nail , plugged the tire and I was on my way in less then a half hour . They checked and placed air in all my tires .
