Great job, as always

so last year for inspection replaced all 4 tires my car has low milage i work from home i say to them what next you going to get me for brakes next year no you are only at 10% usuage - take it back this year and once again i need 2 new tires, i just replaced my windshield wippers and they are saying i need new ones dont think so and i need breaks all the way around - say it will cost 1095.00 and they will give me a discount of 200.00 and they will not worry about the tires to pass - i call them up and tell them to fail it cause at this point i know they are taking advantage of me she says well now i will need 2 new tires, go to pick up with husband she says the 2 back tires are bad casue of the shocks he says and your not replaceing them she like no they are going they did not go yet , he say so after 1 year you r going to replace 2 back tires again and not the shocks so when we come back we will need 2 new tires again next year - trust me you i have been taking my car there for a while my car is 2016 has only 38500 miles on it will never go back - then they charge me for tire rotation which they never did VERY DISAPPOINTED

Quick service when dropping off my vehicle. Was notified of the estimate of the cost of the tires. Work was done in the time stated to me.

Always a great experience Tommy and staff are always friendly and does a great job takes the time to explain what is going on with my vehicle. Mario and justin does a great job as well called me let me know what my vehicle needed and I approved the job no hidden cost or anything very professional

Mario was great. Showed me the work I needed to get done. After I approved the work the rest of the mechanics assigned to the car were able to complete the job quick which was great!

Well, this is a shame. Myself and my family have been coming here for years. I bought a new tire and the warranty a couple weeks ago..1st time they mounted the tire wrong and by the end of the day I had to call roadside. They took care of the issue, mistakes happen. Put a new tire on… drove on it a handful of times and the same tire looked a bit flat. So, I put air in the tire and drove it back to Mavis. The tire held air just fine and wasn’t flat when I got to Mavis, but they said they’d check it out. Next thing I know they tell me the tire is destroyed and they won’t honor the warranty because my TPS system wasn’t working (Tire Pressure Monitoring System). This is just ridiculous, it’s a shiesty loophole. They knew my TPS wasn’t working when they sold me the warranty. I was told I was an irresponsible car owner. I check my tire pressures often, especially in the colder months. I have a pressure gauge in my car and the other tires were just fine. They couldn’t even tell me why the tire was “destroyed”… no nail, nothing. I’m very disappointed, will file a report with corporate. I would with the BBB, but they are not BBB accredited and have a ton of complaints there already. So, just be weary. The warranty that your paying for may not be honored.

I want to give a shout out to Midas and the young technician that filled my low pressure tires this morning! I really appreciate the help and making me feel safe that the tires are fine!

Great as Always

I came in with what I thought was a big issue with the car, I was reassured that they would take care of everything and got me in first thing. The staff at this location is always great communicating with me on what is going on and helpful with explaining any issues.

Helpful and and informative

As usual, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Avoid this place like the plague...you go online and find what your looking for and it says they have it in stock then you come in and the bait and switch kicks in and magicallly it is no longer in stock and least expensive option is $50 more. The mechanics are good but the guys behind the counter are horrible. Not only do they have an attitude to start with they seem to get a kick out of arguing with customers. The least professional place I have ever been. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Everything about this Mavis store and employees is always great. Using Mavis for the last almost 15 years, always had excellent customer service, mechanical work has been top notch, communication is on point, and amazing deals. I will always use Mavis for my vehicles without hesitation. Thank you to the guys at Franklin,NJ store for the exceptional work they do!!

Dropped truck off for 25,000 mile oil change and told them I would pick it up later. Had a family emergency and they said no problem we will lock it up until you can come and get it. Very pleasant and a honor to do business with. Very fair priced and have never had a problem with any of my vehicles. Business is very clean and well taken care of. 5 star rating for business and personnel. Thank you
