they asked me if I want change all 4 tires, I said no, he got mad on me and put a big screen one side to another in my back right tire, I have the change for a use tire to another place for $83, I will never comes back in this place anymore.

Jahlil the store manager and his staff was tremendous in servicing my Kia. The car runs great with all of his recommended service which was spot on. The service was smooth with no hiccups and was done on time without any delays. I plan on returning with my other car very soon.

Great experience, No hassle and no pressure to purchase additional unnecessary services and fixtures.

Was really pleased with the pricing of fixing my ABS sensor. I did it at the Mavis in Roselle Park for $750. Was expecting to pay that in Hillside but they only charged me $160.77. Very relieved.

The worst experience I’ve had in years. I came here against my better judgement and COMPLETELY regret it. I came in to change my driver side tire. After assessing the type of tires they had to offer, i informed the supervisor I would like to change both front tires instead of one, even though i only needed 1 tire changed. Here are the issues I had during my visit: 1. I was informed the wheel alignment would be included in the fee but when I asked for an itemized receipt, I was told it was not apart of the service and I would have to pay for it. I was also told wheel alignments weren’t necessary! Changing 2 tires with a wheel alignment not being necessary is BAFFLING!! Why would it not be necessary? You are doing a disservice to your customers by NOT informing them about needing a wheel alignment after changing more than 1 tire. 3. I was told the wait would ONLY be a hour and in actuality it was 3hrs and 45 minutes with no updates on their behalf. It took me having to ask for an update to receive one. 4. Instead of returning the tire I decided to change, even though there wasn’t necessary, they stated they didn’t know i wanted the tire back. Why would I not want my perfectly fine tire back? 5. After leaving my tire pressure light was still on so i came back and they seem shocked it was still on. The manager bri offered 2 free oil changes for the inconvenience however I do not trust this location to change my tires therefore, why would i trust them to change my oil? This location lack communication, accountability, PROPER service recovery with customers, honesty, and integrity.
