the customer service was great

I consistently receive superior, timely service at this location. Most recent, fixed a leak that would have left me flat in hours. Clean waiting area. Friendly staff. Busy, yet efficient. Will be back!

Service manager Matt was very helpful getting me right in and answered all my questions. I appreciate the fast service I highly recommend my friends and family.

John was very informative when i called to make my appointment. When i got there he was very plesant and remembered what we spoke about on the phone. He even asked how my dog was doing, i had brought it up when on the phone with him. He is an assett to the company!

Had emergency with my brakes so stopped in ithaca NY and Matt was fantastic. Vehicle was done within an hour..super service and fantastic crew..

Lucky today. In and out in approximately one hour with vehicle state inspection and oil change.

Timely. Polite. Helpful. Called when the finished up so I didn't need to sit in the showroom for an hour. I use you for all my tire needs.

I was impressed that Ken checked my history of repairs (continued leaking tire) for a similar reason and thoroughly checked into the situation AND reduced my charge for service. I trust Mavis to do the right thing and they have always come through.

I was getting a change over from snow tires to all season. They found a screw in one snow tire and patched it for free since tire was already off the rim. Ken was kind and informative. I appreciate dealing with him.

Had tires changed over from all season to winter there on 2 vehicles, was charged 20 to 40$ extra for new valve stems with out permission was told they automatically do this. Nope I didn't ask or give permission. Then today I take a car in to have winter studd tires switched back over to all season, told them do NOT change the valves. They tried charging me again. After they took the charges back off seems I said not to changed them, I took them to the car and showed then they were intact NOT changed again!!! I'm sorry it's not going to be that dirty from just pulling it out of the bay where it had the tires changed at. Make sure you mark them so they don't try charging u extra

You know that a place has a great reputation when you arrive right at opening time and there is a line of people looking to schedule service. Despite a constantly ringing phone the service managers were polite to each customer and handled everything in a professional manner. The simple service I needed was done quickly and before the time that it was allotted. I have four vehicles and I continue to bring each of them to this Mavis

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!!! nice clean shop, friendly informative employees, waiting was shorter than I expected. I mentioned my gas milage was not doing good and I believe his name was George checked the air filter and to my surprise it was packed with debris driving home it felt like a new car again.. In my opinion I would recommend the Ithaca store to be the store that others should follow, in short, Mavis of Ithaca has gained a customer for life.

Guys are awesome here, highly recommend.
