Jonathan and his team have been keeping my 1992 Jeep Cherokee on the road for years now. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. It can be hard to find honest and trustworthy people in this line of business, but you won't find those issues here. Stop by and let them earn your trust while servicing your automotive needs. Their prices are very competitive.

This location is always helpful and does a wonderful job!

I would love to highlight Robert for his exceptional performance and abilities. He was able to fix my car problems within 2 minutes. I kid you not!! Had flat tire at business next door to Mavis tire shop associate saw us pull into parking lot and offered assistance. They removed tire and patched it and placed back on truck for us. Replaced tire and refused payment. Thank you, Emory for your kindness and great customer service.

They are very honest. . The labor rate are high. But they give good service. Also, keep you informed. also, the manager of the service department keep you update about the time to expect your vehicle will be ready.

Had a very good experience there on St. Paddy’s day with a rental car. Had a screw in the tire with a slow leak the guys had us back on the road in less then 1 hour as promised because we were heading to a tiger games. Great job guys, thanks again.

We had no idea they put a new Mavis tire in the Publix plaza on Socrum loop in Lakeland fl.!
We went today and bought tires to say the service was awesome and the people were friendly and very accommodating. I took some of their business cards to give to all our friends .we would recommend them very highly. Best of Luck to this business .if their service continues like today they will be #1 before too long.

After my 80-year-old mother's car got a screw in the tire, I called them on a Sunday afternoon, desperate for help. Despite their busy schedule, the friendly staff member made every effort to accommodate us. He found an appointment at their other location, sent it to my phone, and provided clear directions.

When I arrived, they immediately took care of us, fixing the tire efficiently and professionally. The level of customer service displayed by the entire team was exceptional. I was impressed by their kindness and attention to detail, which are increasingly rare qualities to find.

I went to O’Reily’s to get a bulb for my taillight, but after 15 mins of trying to remove the cover, the worker said the panel has to be removed and he’s not allowed to do that. He told me I need to take it to a mechanic. I started driving, trying to figure out where I can go because it would be dark in a few hours. I saw that Mavis’ garage door was up, so I pulled into the parking lot. I walked to the door and saw they closed about 30 mins earlier, so I walked to the garage and asked the gentleman if he would be able to help me change the bulb. He didn’t hesitate to tell me to bring my car up to the garage. He got his tools and proceeded to work on removing the cover. After about 30 mins, he and another worker, worked together to remove the cover and replaced my bulb. He didn’t charge me, he never grumbled, and he never said they were closed! Instead, after I apologized for keeping him there so late and thanking him for helping me, he said, he didn’t want me to be pulled over for a light not working! I am so grateful and appreciative!

I am so disappointed that this group has taken over Action Gator. Their employees lie of time available & when you arrive with what your told they tell another lie how they’ll get you in, and you will just sit & wait until you’ve had enough. I surely miss Action Gator! They was a honest bunch of hard workers & took great care of the vehicle.
