Took vehicle to mavis discount tire in lanoka harbor nj to have 2 new tires mounted and balance and specifically told them that the front tires were what I wanted replaced because one of them had a bubble warp.
The guy came out and looked at the tires and said the back tires look worn but I told him I would do them at a later date.After waiting 1 hr 20 mins for the first time they said my car was done so I paid. I leave the parking and start driving down the road and the car is shimmying bad.
So I take it back to them and tell them theres something wrong with the balance.After another hour of waiting the guy comes back to me and says one of the weights fell off and he replaced it.
So I said ok and got into the car and drove off for the second time only to find that the problem was still there.I did not return again at this point because I was already angry.
Being a mechanic myself I inspected the tires only to find out that they put the warped bad tire on the back rim and this is why the shimmy remained.Terrible service at this location and they do not listen to what you tell them. Beware of this location.

I would like to say thank you for the Mavis Team for accommodating me today with a short notice additional request . They did go above and beyond even with a full schedule ! I am very thankful!!!

I had my car serviced at the Lanoka Harbor location for a grinding brake noise. Andy took care of me from scheduling my appointment to when I arrived for my appointment. He was so knowledgeable and courteous. He put my worries to rest. My car was looked at and the problem was diagnosed. Everything was explained to me in detail and what needed to be done to correct the issue. Andy kept giving updates about the work that was being done on my car. The whole visit went very smoothly.
I felt like everyone that was involved in the work that was being done on my car cared about what they were doing. Especially Andy he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the work being done on my car. This experience was very refreshing, because customer service doesn't seem to exist anymore.
I will be using Mavis of Lanoka Harbor for all of my car work and this is because of Andy who went out of his way to make this as best of a experience as possible!

Courtesy and professionalism. They have been servicing my cars for years and knew just what maintenance was done and needed to be done with the push of a button on the computer. I also learned that an appointment works better. They did the best they could to accommodate me this time.

Victoria helped me out. She was very professional. Very fast service. Beside it being so hot in there I was happy.
