Very good service

I had an amazing experience with my services at Mavis Discount tire. I called to speak with someone about my tire issues. Tyler answered the phone and took his time listening to my problem. I didnt feel rushed at all. He let me know the estimated wait time in the shop and suggested I make an appt to avoid the wait. I made an appt and showed up when it was time. Nick (I think that was his name, sorry Nick or not Nick). 🫤 checked me in and came outside to my car so that I could explain and show him the problem. I had a little wait while I was there but Tyler kept all the customers in the lobby updated on the progress of their car and added a wonderful Southern Charm to the atmosphere. He chatted with customers while they waited and kept everyone's mind off of waiting for their car. This is the type of experience you want to have at a shop like this. It gave home vibes and a friendly upbeat energy. I had a great experience and will most definitely give them my business in the future. Thanks Tyler!

Mavis workers are trust worthy and reliable. I went to have my brakes checked but was told it wasn't need yet. They did find that my wheel alignment was out so had that fixed at a fair price.

I did not have a long wait and the personnel were courteous.

Service great, techs and Manager at desk very informative and made several suggestions for maintenance issues that were coming up. My only wish was that they had the tire I needed in stock. However the desk manager assured me that it would be there tomorrow morning.

Every one is very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone knew my name, because I use this Mavis many times. I did not have to wait long.

From the time I walked in at my designated appointment time,until all service was finished 80 minutes later I was treated with professionalism and courtesy. All was explained to me and work was completed in a timely manner. I visit this location often and I am always satisfied with the personnel and the work they do.

Needed help with low tire pressure. I did not have an appointment but they took me right away. Tire fixed. Great employees!

Went in, they had delays, then used the wrong oil, over-torqued my wheel lug nuts, over-charged me for repairs they did not do, over-filled the oil, were rude at the front counter, left smudge marks all over the hood, had wrong info on my truck. Would NOT recommend to go here for any service.

Every person I have encountered has been friendly and kind. The Manchester Mavis is run very efficiently. They make servicing your car a pleasant positive experience!

Outstanding service

Everyone is always pleasant and very helpful. They go above and beyond when it comes to your vehicle. I came in with a nail in my tire and no appointment. They took me and inspected my vehicle and advised me of things that needed taken care of.

Toyota tried to scam me..I went to Mavis and they informed me there was no problem. I left spending no money. A car place that doesn’t try to get over on you these days means alot. Thank you Gian or Gene, sorry forgot how to spell your name.
