Their wait time was horrible, I’m thinking the guy said my car was ready so I paid the total bill, but they asked what time could I come the next day for them to finish the service because I told them I had class at 5:45pm, but I’m thinking they were done. What business take your total payment and ask you to come back the next day to finish a service you pay for now. I have my car and it’s skipping and shaking when aI ask for an oil change and a front end alignment.

Went to mavis on what looked like to be a pretty busy day however service was exceptional and the staff was very professional

Customer service, particularly with the tire tech..Lamont he was very thorough and knowledgeable about the repair he did to my tire then made an excellent explanation recommendation…Thanks

My experience was amazing will definitely come back

I don’t know where to start. My last encounter, I had my front brakes, rotors and tires changed. After the services, I left the parking lot. I stop at the red light and I see that my tire light is on. I call the shop. I was told that I should drive it for 10 minutes then the light will come off. Never came off. The very next day , as I drove I started to hear a very loud sound . Sounds like something is dragging . Get my car towed back to the shop. The mechanic who did the work came out with a very NASTY attitude towards me and my mom. He took my car to the back and ‘fixed’the issue.I literally have NO IDEA what they did to fix the problem. I asked two different people. One said ‘ he had to tighten everything up’ the other said that the mechanic did nothing. But the sound was gone. Later that day I feel an odd vibration as I drove. I just figured it was the roads. Days go by and the vibration is really scaring me so I brought my car into Mavis in Fayetteville. They say that there’s a bubble in my tire. I hadn’t gone over any pot holes at all. I’m 10000 percent sure that that rude and aggressive mechanic messed up my tire causing me to have to pay for labor and part fees for 100 dollars. The morrow location took lugs off and messed up my tire. Would not recommend. Maybe try the Fayetteville location

Your employee Chandler did all he could to replace the tire on my car in a timely manner. I was in and out in an hour. However there seems to be a problem with the number of mechanics on duty every time I call for service. Please hire more mechanics at this location.
