Xavier was a professional was friendly and very helpful. Hunter was great took care of my car needs and is a professional auto mechanic.

As usual, the Mt Pocono, PA site was great! They took care of my car quickly and painlessly. performing the services that I needed on a timely basis. I have never had a bad experience there!

Spoke to Bruno, needed to get a flat fix ASAP after a bad snow storm, bruno was able to get me in. THANK YOU BRUNO!!! FROM MELISSA OYOLA.

I had snow tires with the treads installed. I spent approximately 4 hours there and $800.00. Chris was a great guy. However, the next day I had to call a tow truck to change a flat on a brand new tire. I went over to the location and they took care of me right away by filling the tire. The very next morning I had another flat it was a snow storm so this time I had to get towed to the location. The new stem happened to be faulty. This cost me a lot of time and money as I had to leave work early the 1st time and didn't make it in the next day due to the same issue.

They were very courteous and professional.

A few days ago I came to get my tires put and I get there the ass.manage asked one of the worker if they can install the tires. The guys said he did not feel doing, then the manager asked the other he said no!So then asked me to come 2pm so I said I would be on the route at 9am. So I left then I call the placed and asked for the manager. He put the manager on the phone and I told him what happened and he said come so they can do it.

I when back to mavis today and the worker are looking at me at the counter this at 5:30pm. I waited for 10 minutes then I left. I will not be coming back to that mavis.
So to the general manager but you worker are lazy.

⁹ As a manager by the name of Anthony him and his staff are wonderful and very considerate and treat their customers as they would want to be treated I recommend anyone to go to this shop they are all honest caring and work with all their customers and as for me being their customer and work that I got done today I would recommend to anyone so give them a try 5 stars

The work was done on a timely and VERY professional manner. The Mechanics and staff were polite and attentive. However, we did notice that since the switchover from Jack Williams Tires to Mavis Discount Tires the reception/waiting area and bathrooms are not as clean as they used to be, and they have removed the coffee machine.

I had a 3pm scheduled appointment to install one tire. At 4 pm my car was still outside the building with no work being done. I received no call that it was ready at the end of the day. It was an inconvenience for me to arrange transportation to and from the store and under these circumstances it created a bigger problem. I was never given the information that it would take more than 1 hour when I made the reservation or dropped off the car.

I brought my car in for an oil change, new tires and an alignment. When I brought the vehicle home to check my oil, I noticed the oil level was low and that it was black. Further, the oil filter on the vehicle was the one that was installed in October when another shop changed the oil. So, they billed me for an oil change and did not do the work.

I was in touch with customer service and Kevin Russell, regional manager for Mavis. I was advised to have the oil changed performed by another shop and to send in my invoice for reimbursement. When I took the car to the new shop, I was immediately taken into the service bay by the shop manager and technician. Before they even begun to work on my car, they pointed out several deficiencies with my suspension as a result of an improper alignment from Mavis.

When I brought this issue to the attention of customer service and regional manager, they told me the parts were installed incorrectly and that the parts in question are not adjusted during an alignment. There are two faults here: one, a cursory internet search reveals that those parts are indeed adjusted as part of an alignment. Two, when I had the parts replaced several months ago, I took it to Mavis in August for an alignment and again in October for another alignment. If these parts were not installed correctly, shouldn’t they noted that on my invoice and informed me of the problem? So, Mavis made the determination that these parts were not properly installed without inspecting the vehicle whatsoever; simply, this determination was made over the phone without customer service or the regional manager even seeing the vehicle.

This company continues to give me the runaround and admits no culpability in the matter. I have contacted the appropriate third parties about this and will continue to explore other to resolve this. Due to negligence on the technicians part and the continued lies and deceit from management, my vehicle was left in an unsafe position. I have been without a car for a few days now, and have lost hours at work as a result.

Mavis claims that their technician did not touch the parts in question during their alignment, per their “investigation”. How is it that they made this determination without physically inspecting the vehicle?

Fixed my flat tire and made like it like brand new

Avoid this place at all costs. I had new tires installed and the rocket scientists that work there inflated all 4 tires to 60 psi. The TPMS light was on when I picked it up. Guess they didn't notice it. It states on the tire that max pressure is 40 psi. That was a week ago. Today I checked my lug nuts and on one wheel 2 of them just kept spinning. Took my car to a more reputable place and found out that the studs were stripped and bent. I will NEVER EVER go there again. A bunch of friggin morons.

I am very happy with Mavis Discount Tire in Mount Pocono PA. They are honest people and they don’t tell me that I need to replace a part or have service if I don’t need it. I got a oil change and tire rotation. The said everything ( brakes, struts, etc ) looks good. Thank you guys. Greatly appreciated the fast good service today.

Another great experience ! . Just got an oil change this time but I didn't have an appointment And they still not only got me in right away they also saved me an additional 10 dollars off the initial price . I was there for a total of 30 minutes from the time I pulled up to the time I drove away . Thank you again Anthony and crew . Your the best !

horrible service. unqualified employees. damaged my car and refuses to pay. I have all the proof I need on my phone. will be suing them. 2 other customers were telling me the problems they were having at this store as well. they have damaged my property and no they are lying about it. don't trust them with you car.

My experience was terrific n pleasure staff was courteous very professional and got me in and out within 30 minutes of my arrival time I will recommend my family and friends to use mavis in Mt pocono from now on.
