ATTN: MAVIS... These kind of workers are rare to come by!
I didn't catch the managers name on the day I went to Mavis Discount Tires in Newark, NY around 4 o'clock, but he was a tall guy who obviously was having a not so good of a day, but in spite of of that, what impressed me was the fact that he didn't let it get the best of him. He was very helpful and polite, and took care of my need without delay. My hope is that the company will get word of this review and do whatever they can to reward him for being a great employee and retain him for his service!

It is always a great experience every time, I come to Mavis. They take excellent care of my car, and the customer service is out of this world. Sometimes while I wait, I hear customer's being so rude and they always leave with a better attitude. You guys are the best and I will continue to bring my car to you guys!!
