Had the best experience... very professional and friendly staff. Very affordable tires with great quality. Top notch work ethic between the staff members. Got new tires, oil change and an alignment done in great time so I could get on with my day. Had a great experience today with Mavis Discount Tire in Liverpool. I called for a flat tire repair and was given an appt for the same day! Toby was very Knowledgeable and helpful. Very happy with new tires and brakes that the crew replaced for me. Professional, quality service I would highly recommend to others.

If I could leave a negative 1 star I would. If shouting at the customer, using profanity among the staff and waiting over 2.5 hours is what you are looking for this is the place for you. What an absolute disgrace considering that the location less games 10 miles away is prompt, courteous and professional. I will not be returning.

Very fast thorough oil change and tire rotation. Excellent customer service, clean facility. I have taken several of our families cars to this location and they are always helpful courteous and provide the service scheduled for without trying to up-sell you on additional services.
