Totally dissatisfied
This was the worst experience I have ever had trying to purchase 2 tires and a front end alignment. The employees are liars and are not reputable people I was given the run around and quoted several different prices. I was told one thing and they did something totally opposite I was even lied to by a “ so called “ employee who said his name was John and that he was the manager in the service dept/ maintenance only to be told no John worked there. After being quoted many different prices over the phone when I got there it was still not the price quoted on the phone. It was way more. I spelled my name several times over the phone for my reservation for them not get that right. Then, come time to pay the lady want to go back in forth with me about the prices I was quoted which I had written down. Never again! Mavis never again! I will tell all my family and friends to not do business there. The worst freaking service EVER!
